forgiveness:
Amen! Thanks.

I think so too. That's why I am thinking of getting a club closer to me or look for school nearby. After election, I will see what happens. Although I prefer the place ooo.

Football career na 50/50 and it has short life span. That's why I am emphasizing he goes to school while playing football.
I don't know if footballers are born ❓

What I do know is environmental factors, socio-cultural dynamics impact and learned abilities. And then there are natural affinities.

Brazilian's have the samba dance 🩰 and it really gives you a skill set at a very early age where you can move your feet 🐾 super fast. Football is a dance , particularly the dribbling skill. Ajax introduced dancing as part of their training programme.

Michael Beale was the U12 Development coach at Liverpool FC. Arsen Wenger explained that the tacit skills associated with dribbling, first touch, etc are all developed very early that's before 13.

An academy will teach you a whole lot. But the greatest teaching comes from your environment and at the head of that is your parents.

So spending copious amounts of time playing with your children in the park , having fun and doing football tricks, skills, etc, sons trying to outskill Daddy night and day is the greatest teacher. Boys will take those lessons and play street football ⚽ with their mates and further develop those skills to become an expression that is unique to him, your son. He may at this stage have a nickname like, ZZ. This is the beginning.

Abedi Pele sons spent so much time with their Father in Ghana at his academy, he transferred so much to them. When they went to Marseille they already had their own distinct football ID. The rest is history.

I know some Nigerian international who were exceptional players but didn't spend enough time with their children. They brought their kids to England, l couldn't bring them to any academy, the Academies were ready to take them immediately assuming skill transfer to children and Daddy's name. In my opinion it would have been shambolic for those kids and painfully embarrassing. So l didn't take them.

If you can play 🐾football ⚽ score goals 🥅 with your children and create happy bonds and transfer a unique identity 🆔 and football ability that no academy can teach them. That transfer of skill includes Fathers values, discipline, diligence, respect, application, humility ,and the fear of God 🛐.

That will make your son successful at football, successful in School as well as a true Fathers son and create an everlasting bond.

Bukayo Saka had excellent results at school but he took a character from home to Arsenal Academy.

Now if you know sabe play ball ⚽ Ah well you will have to find another way, sorry .

Instead of NFF to send young talented coaches in Nigeria to earn advanced licenses in Europe, they will be passing the teams to their friends to coach.
You may find this hard to believe even comprehend, but getting a UEFA A license doesn't make you a great coach.

Coaching football and managing the team are two different skill sets. Some people possess both.

Your UEFA A license is a bit like a driver's license, you pass your test and you can now legally drive. But your not a great driver.

Experience, adaptation, exposure and understanding will increase your capacity and improve you.

I've met many useless coaches with UEFA A licenses and many who are exceptional as well. And some who did not have the license but were way better.

What I would say , exposure to different environments, participative involvement in different clubs and leagues will absolutely help to improve you as a coach not just the UEFA A license.

I prefer S.E players playing in the champion league and other UEFA competitions every season.. Osimhen currently has that at Napoli only a move to Bayern Munich, PSG, Barcelona is advisable..

He should not go to a team will mistreat him. or a team with 5 Insigne-like players in the team where they won't pass to him..
SAS Motto "Qui audet adipiscitur" which means, "Who Dares Wins"

Taking the majority view here which is VO is world class better than Haaland, is best striker in the world ,etc.

Absolutely,No doubt, VO, is an excellent football player but world class that comes with top level performance and consistency. This is VO first time of topping the goal scoring charts in his career.

Immobile, Dhusan, Lukaku, etc in the 4/5 past seasons were top goal scorer consistently. However, this season they are not.

A note of caution, without the challenge their is no victory, but victory is never gauranteed. That not withstanding football is a short term career and a player has to above all, maximise his income to the highest level he can.

IMO , VO should go to the highest bidder while he is on fire 🔥 HOT. He is young he will sign at least 5 years and get 10% minimum possibly more. So if goes for £80 million that's £8 million in the bank plus at least £150k a week. He is s effectively financially secure for life.

If he stays in Napoli there is no guarantee he will be top goal scorer and Napoli will win the league again next season. Even if he moves to the EPL , for instance Manchester United he is going to be competing with a lot of top players he will not be the star boy.

The EPL will be the toughest league he has ever played in, it's very impatient and very unforgiving.

However, thats football nothing is gauranteed and he may not necessarily have the same success, nonetheless he will be laughing 🤣all the way to the bank 🏦.

First of all it was never a decade just since Diego Costa left, Chelsea.

You will have to ask Tuchel he preferred the German boys to Tega and although Tega was benched most times he still was top goal scorer from open play.

Since Tega left nobody in Chelsea has scored or rather matched or exceeded his 15 goals for Chelsea in the EPL.

You could say Tuchel had a similar problem with Lukaku

I know you're trying to make a point but they got A29s at Maiduguri tho. So, distance is not really an issue.

About the speed, the A29s is basically a subsonic turboprop aircraft with good ISR capabilities and precision munitions for a tight-budget airforce like ours. It is suitable for a "low-intensity conflict" like ours with no MANPADS threatening the skies.

I think the aircraft is just fine for our asymmetrical warfare. As far we don't aspire to fight a neighbor with it wink
The turboprops aircraft is satisfactory as a low cost and low maintenance ground attack air frame on the grounds of best value .

However, it's not best value and it's not low cost to acquire and maintain the only low cost is the fuel and it's fuel economy. Go and look at the cost of its USA and NATO sourced precision weaponry

Total package 💵$600 million.

Best value is always about alternative options and that which gives you the most effective delivery outcomes and battlefield impact compared to cost. This is my issue, COST.

$100 million gets you 75 Wing Loong II, UAV plus associated precision weaponry (12 laser-guided bombs or missiles ,480 kg max payload) and up to 40 Hours flight endurance depending on configuration.

That would give you 24/7/365 spatial situation night and day awareness over every area of contention in Nigeria is, as well as air support and protection to elements on the ground. In addition you don't need to put pilots lives at risk, we don't have to talk about the advantage of UAV, Examples in Syria/Turkey, Azerbaijan, Ukraine are enough.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bTr_zPbvELU

To win the war in NE you need boots on the ground to ,seek out, over take, take out, over ride, wipe out and Remain in total control.

Boko, Iswap and associated bandits, are equipped with overwhelming light weaponry , then IEDS, a few technicals with HMG, your obligatory Rpg7, etc.

To occupy and maintain territory you have to have continuously consistent presence. Not repelling from the comfort of your forward bases and running back and forth, hitting and running. That is not being in control.

In addition driving around in soft skinned pick up trucks is suicide and will result in a very high casualty rate. No wonder NA moral is low and the enemy Boko and co emboldened to attack almost at will.

Current procurement is not well thought out and too expensive, as a consequence the number of Armoured platforms is totally inadequate.

You procure used but still serviceable Armoured vehicle platforms. Most USA and NATO armoured platforms will have have not done up to 5000 km. They are still very capable and with long life span left.

I said best BEST VALUE, a Toyota 70 series gun truck which the NA will cost you upwards of $75k a Hilux close to $45k.

A USA made M1117 Guardian almost first generation MRAP could be acquired for $70k per unit. 1500 can be acquired for approximately $105 million. Probably get 2000 HUMVEES armoured variant for less than a $100 million.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JLWLI8wDiTI

You still have $300 million for further acquisitions. For starters better communication infrastructure, other basics like NVG, standard optics on assault rifles, far more use of small sized UAV, Thermal vision, better assault rifles. More heavy lift helicopters Mi8 , used Huey

A movement away from only HMG mounted on armoured platforms to Grenade launchers which give a clear advantage in the sahel terrain. At least 50% of vehicles with 40mm Grenade launchers.

More armoured platforms still needed, a definitive IFV, etc.

Until boots on the ground are far better equipped to deal with the threats as well as a lot of training needed.

If you go through used market you will find a plethora of helicopters or in the alternative USA government surplus in storage but still serviceable. $50 million you've got yourself 40 ,Bell 212, or Sikorsky although that's a whole new study looking at surplus helicopters there just too many sitting in storage getting dusty.

Nonetheless, the less the Nigerian military is very poor in it's contingency response. There should be way more helicopters for early response.

I knew you'd say that ...

Now,let's rewind to Awaziem's failed move to Nantes... He had an impressive loan spell at Nantes and they tabled a bid to sign him permanently, but Porto rejected their offer and wanted more money... The deal eventually collapsed... In your word, Nantes didn't bid more because they didn't rate Awazeim...

The same can be said of Leicester not signing Lookman ..
No he did not have an impressive loan spell, he was simply put below average.

When a player is outstanding and in exceptional, multiple clubs que up to get you , you don't beg for club, it's clubs that are begging you.

Nantes put a value on Awaziem that was paltry. So Porto refused. After his outstanding season at Nantes not one team in French league one put in an offer for him.

As a result he went back to Porto B and then after a bit of cooling time, he found himself in retirement league in Turkey

The opposite was the situation where Ademola Lookman was concerned. Brendan wanted Ademola but the board would not back him and numerous other clubs were trying to get him.

In the end Atalanta paid the £12 million requested and Ademola would have got a minimum 10% in the bank possibly more. The rest is now history.

You knew I would say the TRUTH

And not conjure up a narrative created from your imagination.

Ah Komekn!

My comment was simple...
Bring data from your up close and personal assessment of players that can control the midfield better than Nwakali....

You did not provide any!
Wiki screenshots all over the place... Again!

While I'm still struggling to see the relevance of league comparisons to the above question, I must remind you that:
1. The speed of light is the same anywhere on the Earth's surface
2. The speed of sound too is the same anywhere on earth's surface
3. Gravity is also a constant in most places at sea level.
Which implies that a 100m sprint at a speed of 5m/s in the Turkish league is the same as a 100m sprint at a speed of 5m/s in the premier league, these are empirical stats that are the same anywhere in the world, I don't understand where "context" comes into empirical discussions on the same physical plane.

Finally I will not be tempted to respond to other things you brought up, I do not see their relevance to our line of discussion .

Please do not derail this discuss, as the demand is a very simple one :You mentioned Nigerian names, names of Nigerian players in league 1 and 2 who you believe can control the midfield better than Nwakali, because you've watched them *up close and personal*
I then asked you humbly to give us empirical evidence from your up close and personal assessment notebook ( not Wikipedia screenshots) .

I believe when you go watch players, you write somethings down... Show us those things.

Abi your employers just take your word for it?
No data ,no stats, no PowerPoint presentations... If Komekn says the player is good then he's good, if he says the player is a waste man then he's a waste man grin and that's that!

Is that how things work in your professional world?
It may surprise you to know ABSOLUTELY YES.

Better than KC indeed....He is scoring in the championship against the kind of teams you would rubbish Iheanacho for scoring against in cup games...
As usual, hypocrisy!
Where have l demeaned anybody for scoring in the Championship ❓

I have said several times the Championship is the prelude to the EPL. A player having exceptional oustanding performance will transition very easily to the EPL.

The third highest goal scorer in the EPL Ivan Toney came from the Championship, Mitrovic is the 5th, last season he was the highest goal scorer ever in the Championship.

Let me give you context , Pukki Norwich striker for the first season in the EPL scored 11 goals second season also 11 goals. He is back in the championship and he is far from being the top goal scorer.

Ismaila Sarr considered one of the best Winger's in the EPL with Watford, is now nowhere near the top of goal scoring charts in the Championship.

In a sense Pukki was consistently better than KC when he played, in the EPL.

Why do you think KC will do better than Chuba Akpom in the Championship❓. How many goals has he scored against Championship teams ❓
