First of all, what network are you on? Is your line provisioned for gprs(not wap). Do you have the gprs settings on your phone? Now if your line is provisoned and you have the gprs settings operamini would work (without a doubt) because operamini uses gprs not wap and as long as the settings are available (which would include apn ofcourse) it would connect. So solve the basic problems which are provisioning of your line and gprs settings, then you'll be able to use operamini. Ciao

@ pixie wassup to answer your question some shops might offer trade-in where you bring your memory card and they'll give you a larger memory and you pay the difference but then again most dealers won't offer this service. So just set your mind on buying a new memory besides the price difference isn't much if you stop to think about it. So far so good all mobile messengers i'v tried don't allow chatting with invisible contacts(yahoo) (trust me i'v tried a lot) except for YaGo! Is the repligo a java or symbian software. Would it work with nokia phones operating on series 40. My gprs connection keeps failing so i cant use my operamini and my pc is out of order otherwise i wouldn't hesitate to find out myself. Reply asap.

i'v used both, multilinks seems to be more reliable (fewer cases of downtime) starcomms on the otherhand has firewall that blocks certain websites also while chatting you cant add contacts(all these dont happen with multilinks) but in terms of speed i think starcomms is ok In Maryland (atleast) its quite fast. if you want fewer hassles i'd advise you go for multilinks, i just dont like the payment plan, i mwean if you're paying for internet, then pay for internet why should the charging plan for internet and phone calls be bundled. Personally i think its a stupid idea especially if you like to stay on the phone for a long time, i grew up when nitel was still functional and i'm still used to the idea of seatin back and talking for hours gosh i wish those good ol'days would come back *ok i'm awake now* good luck making up your mind i hope i'v been of great service to you (and anyone else out there who's been pondering on this issue)

i'm in a similar situation and i need to make the best of this situation. i gained admission into OAU ife immediately i finished secondary school in 1998 and a year after i got admission into unilag, however i'v had 2 extra sessions because i couldn't cope (a lot of distrations/misplaced priorieties) like you i lied a lot to my family about my status in school after enquiries about my academic status and all, well to cut the long story short i couldn't keep up and i'v been advised to withdraw. its a really sad situation, pls could you put me through on how you went about getting admission and qualification, what institution is it, where is it located? how much are the fees, well if you could just make details about the institution available i would be very grateful. thank you , have a blessed day
