I served in Akwa Ibom. The state is pretty cool.

Most of us served in state secondary schools and the pay was/is 9800 per month, usually paid in arrears (a month or two). for such PPAs

The power situation is relatively fair. Ikot Abasi LGA seems to be the power-house of electricity in the state. I'm not so good in technical terms, but I mean, from there power is distributed to the other parts of the state.
Mkpat Enin is another LGA too. Good.

Uyo is nice, don't mind people telling you that it's quite expensive, nay, unless I don't know where you're coming from, but for me, a plate of swallow @N250 was familiar. The only problem you may encounter as a corper in Uyo may be that of acceptance/getting a PPA. Next might be accommodation, but you can always find your way round it.

The villages are okay too, but don't expect much power/electricity o. Cos the state is laced with a remarkable kind of uneven development. Such that you may wonder if such villages are inside the same geopolitical zone with Uyo

You can go for Akwa Ibom, it's a nice place. Generally, the people are nice, even in the villages.

Bro, unless you wanna start the business from the cradle, I doubt there's any big deal you can start with 700K, cos you gotta rent/pay for a shop first, then equip it with the stuff you gonna sell or use for business.
In conclusion, not ripe enough, unless you have an existing business you wanna upgrade. Better.

On an idle 700K cash, I'll suggest you try real estate, buy land, etc

I believe that's when your research about the said coy comes into play. There 'should' be something about the coy that should key into your career path. Just look for one grammer and give them jare.

If it were an engineering firm, it could be because they are part of the top 5 in the country and are into installation or whatever which you are really interested in. You get? Or they are really into career growth!

Basically make something up!

But once, I was asked that question and I told the guy plainly that it was more about the position than the coy and it is majorly about me improving in that said capacity.

And yea, I got the job

I wrote the test today at Marina and it was a success all tanx to God. What to expect- critical reasoning, synonyms, simple math like -5+ -2, descriptive statistics, etc 50 questions in all 1hr. If you've taken the test in the last 6 months don't even go there at all, the system won't allow you to log in. One important thing to note, it is better to score 32 from 35 attempted questions than to score 32 from 50 attempted questions. Good luck!
