Contrary to what other guys here have said, I think his friend needs help and he's just asking to know if you could be of help. It doesn’t make you look like an experience or inexperience girl, you know we kind of get confused when such thing happen and believe anybody could help. In business there is what is referred to as "ENTITY CONCEPT", simply meaning that the owner is a separate entity while the business is also an entity on its own. Therefore I don’t see how changing ones name could affect the business in any way. She can go ahead and get married, change her name and this should not affect the biz name since it has been incorporated before the marriage. And the husband should be made to understand this.

Going further, you mentioned that the change of name will affect her business card. IMO, I don’t think this should be a problem cos she can always use “MRS DRAGONFLY CEO BRAND NAME LTD”.
