Hello House, i was having a conversation with a friend today about my wife with a B1 valid visa but she has an intention of applying for her masters some time this year, he said her B1 could be revoke if she is denied the F1. Though i really doubt him but i just want to hear from someone that have similar experience.

My wife just came back from the US with a B1/B2 visa but she is considering applying for a community college, i don't really know if it's a good idea since she just came back and won't they see it as a desperate adventure since she just came back after spending 4 months over there. Though her visa is still valid.

Good evening house, i want to know my chance applying for a b1/b2 visa with my 2 years old son. My wife put to bed last week in Houston, she applied alone because we have been denied before as a family. Now i am thinking of reapplying to visit her during the Christmas Holiday. I am concern because i would love to go with my son who is just 2 years old.

Please a friend need an advice, she have her application form showing abuja but according to her most of the appointment date available were very close to her due date, hence she opt for lagos with her appointment.
She wants to know the implications of what she has done and if there a way she could get it fix.
Her interview is on Wednesday in lagos.

My interview went this way:

VO: good morning
ME: good morning
VO: where are you going in the US
ME: Houston, Texas.
VO: your purpose
ME: I am invited to attend my elder brother graduation ceremony.
VO: where do you work
ME: bla bla bla
VO: what's your position
ME: I am the Managing Director of bla bla
VO: what's your company into
ME: it's a construction company
VO: how much do you earn
ME: 350000 monthly after tax
VO: have you travel as family before
ME: No expect our trip to Ghana for our honeymoon
VO: I can see you were in SA last year
VO: turn to my wife and asked her if she has made any trip on her own since after our honeymoon
My Wife: No
VO: have you travel with your baby before
ME: no, he's just 13 months and we have no been opportune to embark on anytrip because of work.
VO: at this point, I am sorry bla bla bla. She denied us.

The most annoying part of the whole interview was when she was busy asking questions about my 13 month son and he never looked at any document not even the invitation letter from the school.

Please I really want to know where we got it wrong because I would love to reapply again after 3 months for a family holiday.

No right thinking person should support what the Oba said but I think the igbos are taking this whole issue too far. I was born and raised in Kano state and I know a lot of Igbos lives and trade there.
My question is, if the Emir of Kano should make an utterance like this, cam the igbos react towards it like this? I spent 5 years in the east and I can swear the igbos won't accept the yoruba's just like the Lagos state govt have done.
Everyone agreed the utterance from the oba is uncalled for but I am really getting pissed off with the way the igbos are going about it.

I printed my company bank statements, after having a lengthy discussion with my friend, he made me to understand I am suppose to print my personal bank statement since I didn't indicate that on my form I have summited already. I don't know if it's possible to reschedule my interview date without payment the visa fee. I Applied for for my family (wife and son). Please I need an urgent advice on what best to do right now. 1. Your brother sent you an invitation letter. How did he become a citizen? That could be a plus or a minus
2. Yoi are married -A plus
3. Your wife is working- A plus
4- You have funds- A plus
5. You are currently unemployed but have worked - minus or no points based on the mindset of the VO
IMO you have a fighting chance. However clarify the point no 1 to avoid stories that touch.
