Rubbish...run out of thread |
Nigerians have been losing jobs and gaining jobs since 1980, just like any other country in the world. You know how many companies have been shut in the last 20years in Nigeria? People will still live. There are no jobs. Op, Don't make it sounds like it's a strange story to lose job. |
With considerable certainty, what kept the bank soaring in profit was solely illegal monies kept and used for transactions in the bank. Nigerian banks made a lot profit trading with government revenues and unclaimed funds in banks during PDP era. Dozie jnr was just unlucky to be swept by government policy, especially the implementation of TSA, which saw these monies being swept away from banks. I doubt if Dozie Snr would have succeeded. We all know how these banks in Nigeria operates. Even the so called wealthy Nigerians couldn't service their loans held with banks. AMCON was forced to published their names. If you check well, most of the Nigerian banks are struggling to stay alive. A lot more are predicted to be merged and or acquired. We truly experienced change. For the first time, the govt stepped on toes and did things differently for common goods. |
Sad but ludicrous |
benedo:Casual leaves are not 'Rights' of employees, they are awarded based on management discretion. You must earn it. Annual leaves are employees' 'Right', who have served for 13th months minimum. |
Ipobs are the loudest supporters of Atiku. They are just a handful in the east, they can't win elections for Atiku. Next please |
RTSC:Listen to yourself Mr. Know it all but knows nothing. Is it not government policy that armed the civilian? Is second amendment in America's constitution individual criminality? What did you expect when the constitution protects the right of the people to keep and bear arms? Sanity or what? Why aren't you bearing arm freely in Nigeria? SMH |
Baselm:Am sure the actual figure is more than the 40,000 death in 2017 alone. Yet the so called international human rights and propagandists are not meddling in USA affairs. Because money drives sensational reporting in Nigeria. That will change someday. https://edition.cnn.com/2018/12/13/health/gun-deaths-highest-40-years-cdc/index.html?utm_medium=social&utm_content=2018-12-16T13%3A01%3A02&utm_source=twCNNi&utm_term=image |
I hope, one day Nigerians will appreciate the effort of the Nigerian Army in keeping us safe. Propagandists who want to bring the Nig Army to it knees will abandon you when you need them most someday. Yes, there are bad eggs just like we have on our street. They have their challenges which I trust are surmountable. Let shun playing politics with the sacrifices the men and women of the Nig Army are making to keep us safe. They need our support. Foreign and local propagandists will fail eventually. God bless the Nig Army Long live Nigeria

CilicMarin:People think they can fight the government. No matter how connected and powerful you are, if any government is ready to humble you, you will be humbled the hard way. Nnamdi Kano comes to mind. This Deji guy was feeling like a demigod. I support constructive criticism of govt and fellow citizens, but when you abuse the freedom and become a defiant, you should be put back in your shell immediately. Democracy is not license for excessive indulgence. |
I can suspend it for life if it comes to that. With USD100k I don't need the phone again |
Salah to complete the trio. Match will end... Liv 3 1 Man Utd |
izzou:Dude, do you wear suit all time? |
yjgm:Transcript: The Nigerian Women's Welfare Agency (NTC) has said she had begun investigating the marriage of a 61-year-old Danish Alhaji Yakubu Umar, Majoressa in Zauna, in Lapai, and a young girl allegedly had few years ago. WASHINGTON, DC - Modern communication has just begun to tell about this marriage, saying they are a 15-year-old girl. However, the girl's parents said they were 20 and 11 months old. In her interview with the Hausa Department, Barrister Maryam Kolo, president of the Women's Rights Commission and children in Niger, said they had learned about marriage and were investigating the situation. She also promised that they would take the necessary steps once they found out that there was a problem in the marriage. According to him, the elder stated that the most important thing was, how often it was advertised on the media and ignored it. He stated that he did not find any fault when the girl was married was not her first husband, so she did not view her as a little girl even though she was very young. The girl who was betrothed to her after paying N50,000 to confirm that the girl was over 20 years old and that her third marriage would not be about her age, and that she was not charged with being married to an old man. Speaking on the issue, the director general of the Niger State Ministry of Religious Affairs. Umar Faruk Abdullahi said the marriage was not contrary to Islamic law. ****************************************************************************************************************** So many kids nowadays on Nairaland. I expected peeps to investigate the report and come back with findings, rather than hauling disparaging remarks about the messenger. If you want 'Likes' on Social Media, just make the stupidest remarks, you are good |
PoliticsNigeria:All these 'copy and paste' and 'information reaching us' bloggers will always be a problem to professional journalism. When will Nigerian bloggers/reporters start doing research and come up with unbiased claims about issues? |
Thumbs up Nigeria Police. The blogger should be given opportunity to defend himself in court. Nigeria bloggers and so called journalists are copy and paste and sensational journalists. They are part of the huge problems of Nigeria with their fake news money can buy. |
There's nothing strange here. Owls are seen living in some churches. Bats, owls and other nocturnal birds often fly into people's houses to hunt. Probably the case here. I know Nigerians will give another meaning to a normal occurrence |
sommyboi:Even Okupe in the video didn't admit he heard Buhari made that statement. He was quoting a report from Thisday newspaper. The ChannelsTV interviewer asked the same question I asked you - Where and when? That should tell you it was mere defamation borned out of hate. For your information, Buhari was speaking with Liberty FM radio, Kaduna: He declared "State of emergency in the North is anti-North development" Don't rely on grapevine to push your point in a public forum. A simple research on issues will unveil the truth for you. You are supposedly educated, act like one. Peace! |
baliyubla:Which man said an attack on Boko Haram is an attack on the North? Send me a transcript or a video of this statement to prove your point and earn 50k transfer to your account immediately from me. Some Nigerians will never cease to amaze me with their embarrassing docility and gullibility. |
Media is one of the biggest problems in Nigeria. The way they paint issue leave much to be desired. Donation made to the Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development and Athletic Federation of Nigeria on the maiden edition of Anti-corruption Marathon coming up on 10/12/2018 has become a donation to EFCC. Ben Bruce in his usual childish and mischievous way is ignorant that EFCC does not receive donations from Governors. http://nationalanticorruptionmarathon.org.ng/ That's how one Kanu came with his own story about cloned Nigerian President, Buhari, and some folks include supposed Professors actually believed the story. I began to question why some of us bother being educated.

The way Real Madrid is going down, they will find oil if the mistakenly bring in Mourinho. Mourinho is a boss not a manager. There are so many talents for him to content with now. He lost his head in his last season at Chelsea because football has changed. He's struggling at Man u due to archaic tactics. Real Madrid plays attacking football. It's bigger than Mourinho |
Birthday became death day. |
CilicMarin:Not only an Army General, Masters Degree (Strategic Studies) holder in the US Army War College does have a Senior Secondary school certificate? People were just being childishly mischievous out of hate and not objectivity.

pafra:Let stop condoning indiscipline. A group cannot hold the country to ransom. We have to decide what we want as a people. The govt treats defiant with kid gloves, we shout weak govt, it decides to take action against defiant, we shout dictator. What do we want? Govt will always do it's best to live up to its responsibilities of protecting life and property for the common good. |
Nigerians need force to act right. Am not surprised by Shiite Muslims and military face-off. Nigerian government must get a grip on discipline, else we debase to moral anarchy and doom. In Lagos, motorists behave like madmen until they see a security officer lazing around. |
This guy seems to make more noise than Moghalu, Sowere and Jimi Agbaje. I like his political tempo. It's good he is building political platform now for the future. 2019 is still a two-horse race between PDP and APC. Any other party are supporters clubs |
rummmy:Ok |
vingeophysicist:Ok |
bencr7:Let me ask you St. bencr7, You applied to your Alma mater requesting your transcript be couriered to your employer. Your employer had cleared you of all requirements. Someone somewhere discovered the copy was fake. Would you admit complicity in the forgery and ask to be prosecuted or exonerate yourself and rather show interest in knowing why your Alma mater sent forged copy to your employer? Be honest |
TheTrueSeeker2:Kemi committed no crime. NYSC confirmed she applied for the certificate. Forgery was done by the middleman and NYSC unknown to her. The middleman and NYSC rep should be prosecuted. Prosecuting Kemi would never change the criminal mindset of most Nigerians. |
The car does not worth up to N20,000. How did you expect them to call a towing van that would charge 10 - 15k? Funny Nigerians! |
