Why are these ones not shot dead?

A pro-ballot box snatcher in another thread reported a PDP agent being shot dead just like that in Rivers. He didn't tell us what led to the soldiers shooting the agent dead.

The shocking thing is, the reporter wasn't shot dead if the soldiers were actually shooting people randomly without cause.

Foolish youths who thinks they can always fight the course of the rich. Wasting their life cheaply for peanuts.

Dino98:

He is not a saint but he is 1trillion times better than Buhari.

So u want us to remember all that about Atiku, years ago.....but forget about Buhari as a military president before and now as a civilian president??

Atiku his naturally a creator of jobs...he has thousands of youths employed. He is intelligent, smart, well educated, presentable, liberal and above all has always shown interest in the unity of Nigeria. What can u say about Buhari?? He deceived u lot with INTEGRITY crap And corruption fighter...please don't tell me after all we witnessed in the last 3+ years u still fall for that. There are no two definitions of INTEGRITY, and buhari has none. His fight against corruption is centered only against the opposition. So what is left?? Becos he has nothing upstairs.

I am not even saying vote Atiku, there are other options...but if I had to pick between Buhari and Atiku, I will def pick Atiku.

One fact people seem to forget is that majority of the thieves in PDP decamped to APC so they can be safe. 16 years of PDP looting and mismanagement that they talk about, majority of them were part of it. Ameachi, Akpabio etc...were they not the PDP??

Almost all the states in Nigeria APC are having one issue or the other...u know why?? The thieves that have decamped from PDP to APC. A party that is this unstable has notin good to offer Nigerians.

Whatever u think buhari has done or u have benefited, Atiku will do 100times more than that.

If Buhari as dull and clueless as he is, u think he has done anything...wait to see what/how the combination of an Atiku and Obi will transform Nigeria. Two business minded people...two people who know all about how to create jobs and make things work. Think about that.

Ok sir
Politics / Re: Can Atiku Actualize 27-Year Ambition Of Becoming The President? by Koolking(m): 1:08pm On Feb 21, 2019
Atiku was not meant to be president. He was meant to waste his retirement fund on electioneering.

I hope he learn his lesson after 23 Feb 2019 defeat to voice of reason, integrity, transparency and progress.

Checkout List Of Top 10 Poorest States In Nigeria | We all know that Nigeria is known as the Giant of Africa. A country well-known for wealth but we still see that some states in Nigeria are far behind when it comes to economic growth and development.

3. Adamawa State
In 1991, Adamawa State emerged from the previously existing Gongola State and recently, it is one of the Northern States already devastated by Boko Haram sect. Due to this terrorist devastation, Adamawa suffers from poor rates of economic growth and economic development. Although Yola –the capital city of Adamawa State –is under transformation and is currently equipped with amenities such as traffic lights, street lights and motorable roads, Adamawa State lags behind due to the poor rates of development across its various other areas.

As obtained from the National Bureau of Statistics, Adamawa State is associated with a poverty rate estimated at 74.2%.

I thought Atiku was from Adamawa, until someone said he's from Cameroon. However, he spend his lifetime in Adamawa. How is it possible that the Adamawa people are 3rd poorest people in Nigeria? Atiku was head of economic council and Vice President for 8years, a wealthy business tycoon, yet his people are the poorest.

The most mind boggling thing is that people still believe Atiku's presidency will empower them, give them jobs and lift them out of poverty.

Me: Charity begins at home.

People who conceive Atiku's presidency will better their life need to be awoken from their slumber. Unless, it's not the same Atiku who sold national asset, ALSCON estimated to be built at $3.5billion but was sold at $250million and he admitted made mistake.

Unless, it's not the same Atiku that established one of the most expensive Universities in Nigeria when ASUU was on strike for more than half a year due to unpaid salaries to teachers. He completely neglected public school when his attention was needed most. Unless it's not the same Atiku that caused by shutdown of over 800 companies in Nigeria and millions of Nigerians were out of job to faulty handling of the privatization project.

Nigerians docility stings to high heavens. Shame

Politics / Re: No Alternative To President Buhari - Akpabio Insists by Koolking(m): 9:22am On Feb 21, 2019
AirwavesReport:

“What does the NNPC have? Is it the building? What NNPC controls is the oil of the Niger Delta, oil wells, oil fields and all those things come together with the land. I don’t see anybody from the South South or any Niger Deltan, who will agree that the same way we sold out Nigeria Airways and we became a laughing stock in the comity of states in Africa is the same way NNPC should be sold.

“Look at Kenya Airways, Ethopia Airline, Ghana Airline, South African Airways and Nigeria has no single plane now called its own. We sold out our Aluminium Smelter Company in Ikot Abasi, that provided thousands of jobs and today that place is totally bare with over 690MW of electricity.

“We sold out Oku Iboku Paper Mill in Akwa Ibom and our people are there jobless. That massive structure is a waste. All those things combined are things that frighten us when somebody talks about the sale of NNPC. The sale of NNPC on its own simply means that the Niger Deltans are going to be divested of not just their properties, not just the water that they fish in, but the fact that they will become tenants in their lands for the next 50 to 100 years. And people will come from outside, maybe friends of the government, and possess their land.

"The election also is between integrity and others. The President has shown that he can give what belongs to Niger Delta to Niger Delta. He is even refunding monies that were used during my tenure to repair Federal roads and what we use to call Paris Club refund.

“We tried everything under the PDP. We never had that money and I was a Governor and the FG was owing my state over 145 Billion on federal roads and the building of prisons and other things I had to intervene. I dualized federal roads, built airport and today, federal government is refunding those monies to the state.

“If you see a government that has shown sincerity, it simply means that we are now talking about a question of integrity and a question of postulation. We are postulating that if you bring in a government that will sell your father’s land, that will sell your oil wells and sell the waters that you use in fishing, then I can conclude that there is no alternative to President Buhari.”

Niger Deltans are so gullible and foolish. Supported PDP for 16 years and gained nothing, yet they are still being led by people who ransacked and stole from them. Why not try something different other than PDP in 2019?

Akpabio has seen the light, am sure he wants to right the wrong of his pally with PDP to destroy the Niger Delta.

2019 is a choice between breaking free or remaining impoverished.

Yes primary n secondary schools are now the responsibility of the the state government, but fg is sponsoring school feeding programmes, that huge resources could have be used in upgrading our schools
Mind you standard of education still hasn't improved

It's been entrenched in the constitution as states responsibility. However, monthly allocations to states, bailout to states, 13% derivations to oil producing states, UBEC fund, corporations (like Mobile, Shell, NNPC) supports to states, etc, what have the states used them for? State governors have more questions than federal govt.

Holding states accountable is more responsible.

Most of them have no idea what they are in for with Atiku. They ignorantly shout atikulate. I wish we could always see the glimpse of the future in cinema-like form, they would be amazed that an Atiku presidency would engender and re-enforces elitist nation, far cry from the yearnings of the common man. Try to think, most primary and secondary schools don't have chairs and tables, most students school uniforms are torn, and most of them don't have exercise books
The government should have rather invested in d above listed

Primary and secondary schools are the direct responsibility of states. Federal govt feeding program is to help boost enrollment and take the burden of feeding children from parents.

The program is one of the best programs [targeted at the poor] embarked upon the federal govt.

Most of our grievances should be directed towards states.

You are right but having said that you would agree with me that this Government is the very worst since Democracy started in Nigeria, even during the military we never had it this bad, killings everywhere, starvation, uncertainty, suicide and what have you. I just pray all the calamity brought by Buhari's administration would stick on whoever would consider voting him, his family shall experience it all from generation to generation.

The current govt is not perfect, it's a fact, but it has achieved more in 3years compared to the past government's achievement since 1999.

Where we are currently is far better than where we were. Don't rely on propaganda or grapevine for your verdict. You passed through school to be self-reliance and not being told what to do or believe at all time. Fact check, you will fine out we are better off.

Anyone thinking of voting Buhari again may all these calamity listed above follow your immediate family from generation to generation, non shall escape it till eternity. Amen

Stand for the truth at all time. Life has never been a bed of roses for the common man in Nigeria since Nigeria's returned to democracy in 1999.

It's been death and misery and injustices while the rich hold-sway. There are policies made by Buhari govt that form solid foundations for Nigeria's growth and prosperity if we have the balls to stay true to those policies. Those policies are all inclusive in outlook.

If you are in the middle class, you join forces with the rich to fight this govt, think again, because you have a lot to lose.

Transportation business is high risk especially if you are not the one directly handling and managing it - keke, danfo or uber. It can run you down in a few months into the business.

Nigerian commercial motorists operating on hired purchase arrangements are the worst property managers and untrust-worthy fellows. It's takes grace for you not to commit murder and suicide when dealing with them.

Your best bet is to run it yourself. Keke, Danfo or Uber are all profitable. It depends on your capital outlay to support which first. I have known some acquaintance who started from Keke and added danfo in a few months.
