u not getting the logic... Instead of buying new ones to add to the old ones, he should collect the old ones and give them the new ones. Eg... Collect 5 danfo, replace it with 5 new ones. Itz better than leave 5 danfo, add 5 new ones again. Which makes them 10 in all thr by worsening the lagos traffic
