Its simple,rigging prowess and card reader.in 2011,PFP had little or no opposition in the south east.cpc only existed up north and couldn't resist the massive rigging of Pdp.but in 2015,apc resisted and curtailed a lot of votes inflation here.

In 2011,there was no card reader to checkmate rigging and vote inflation.pdp could easily bribe inec to record most votes in a polling units for it meanwhile the turnout is low.for instance in polling unit 2 nza ozubulu total registered voters is 500 but only 59 came out to vote.pdp connived with inec to record 450 for pdp and 5 for cock since the accreditation system was porous.
But in 2015,the card reader curtailed this.if 50 people were accredited in a polling unit,total votes wont exceed that.the card reader really exposed the true voting power of the se/ss which Pdp had been inflating all this while.
Finally in 2011,the opposition had little structure and presence in the east but by 2015,things had change.in 2019,opposition has gotten stronger and pdp weaker.

The difference between voters turnout in 2015 compared 2011 was along the lines differences of voters turn out in 2007 compared to 2003. 2015 compared to 2011 was 10.05 margin reduction. 2007 compared to 2003 was a 11.54 margin reduction. Electronic means was not included in the 2007 election therefore, your excuse for lack of knowledge sound just as ridiculous as your people noising about being a necessary zone to win election

Anybody that can be paid 500 naira or more to attend a rally of a political party to help showcase the party as Formidable can easily be made to vote that party on election day with the same amount of money.

Alot of people who participate as rented Crowd tend to dominate those with PVC. People in this category have already considered thier PVC thier MMM( money making machine).

Many of these people even though they may have a preferred candidate,they are generally not fanatical about thier preferred candidate. Those that are very fanatical are less likely to participate as rented Crowd to boost a candidate they passionately don't like. U need much more money to buy the fanatical ones who don't like you. In a society with so many people, nobody rent expensive crowd when there are cheap ones. One vote is one vote and one head in a crowd is one head.

Below is the crowd (Both rented and voluntary) in Buhari campaign in Uyo. All these people can be bought easily to vote Buhari if they are rented. That is the reality.

That's just own assumption. I am one of those people that attend rallies when paid but, that does not mean I'll vote against my own well-being when time comes. I've been to several APC rallies but, in no way does that transfer voting for them. Even if they offer billions in pay that's still a no so that's just own assumption. Not everybody that attend rallies are ignorant on the impact of selling their votes.

I'm starting to pity the soliders in Nigeria Army. Earlier I was indifferent because of the inhumane act by them towards unarmed civilians but to constantly fight and die, only got the useless government you doing it for is repeatedly denying your death, and whatever tragedy they enduring. This is wrong and worse, most soliders fighting Boko Haram are from the South while the ones here harassing the public are predominately from the North. I'm not sure why any South personel still in Nigerian Army but, I wish they all wise up and realize what's happening. It's best to live than waste your life on a fight you know nothing about.

Anyone that thinks APC does not rent crowds is an idiot. I can't speak for North or South West but in South South, they do. I've been to several APC rallies in River State and I'll very likely go to the next one they have. I don't go because I support APC, I don't, I go because I'm collecting back my money they looted. APC pays a huge chunk just for you to enter their rallies. Yes I said my money because all those money they loot belongs to the public. I see nothing wrong with attending APC rallies since they pay for it. It's our money so noone would condemn the Akwa Ibom or any other SS personal that went to that rally.
