Science/TechnologyHow To Create A Battery Bank by kpakpakpa(op): 11:55am On May 07
I overestimated myself. I tried to Make a battery bank and use solar panel to charge it but after almost a year of painstaking efforts, all my labour ended in vain. Here is my journey.
I was thinking of what to do with my life and decided to check out available options online, I saw something sweet which was solar batteries installations. As a deaf guy, I naively thought that it was my opportunity to make money, that was how I started researching on ways to realize my goals. I saw many information and thought it were ok so I started learning small small, it were easy at first but later it will take me days to understand some points. Last month I felt that it was time and bought 12 Sinowatt SW18650-26HPA batteries with two panels. My aim was to power a solar TV and fan based on my understanding of what I read online.
Ladies and gentlemen, I'm not able to light up one bulb, if the sun is shining, solar panel can on the bulbs directly but my connection on the battery is utterly nonsense.
I give up, all the motivational speeches I read online are painfully not practical if not useless.

At this point, I will like someone knowledgeable to help me out, maybe building the battery bank for me at a discussed price or collect the batteries and solar panel at a give away price

Thomthom:
Nawao please be positive. Move out of that place or relocate first to a safer place. We know the government has failed us and it's not today. Don't give up abeg.
I will never give up on life but that is what is on ground if am telling the truth. Google what happened in Benue state recently and you will get the gist.
Some of us are at the mercy of herdsmen with nowhere to go, I have already accepted my fate but trust me, I will never go down alone, the day I met them, I will die with one of them for sure.
The op is talking about emergency services which sounds like a joke to me. Like who will be in charge even an emergency services center is established? Same terrorist right?
I'm not ranting, what my eyes has seen these past years, if I say it, you will think that I'm exaggerating things too much.
How can a lonely deaf person protect himself right here? I don't fear death anymore and such stories like what the op posted don't move me. I repeat, this is how we will continue to go and meet our creator one by one till we get sense.
PoliticsRe: Why Nigeria Security Forces Cannot Stop The Killings By Jihadist by kpakpakpa(m): 7:43pm On Feb 08
eejo:
Nigeria has no central command for information collection during incidents and no stand by force to respond during incidents like jihadist attack. Ask yourself if your community is under Gun men attack who will you call that will respond in 30 minutes. We cannot continue like this because the next attack will killed more 500 people and we don't know where it will happen. Nigeria should expand 112 call response to cover all Nigeria and a stand by force including the Airforce to respond in time and save lives. My tears came down seeing video of a woman gun down by Jihadist dying and still trying to stop her 4 year old son from crying while holding her 10 year old son who is already dead. Nigeria villages in the middle belt is been destroyed while politicians are talking about 2027.
With due respect, this issue is going to touch everyone untill we are ready for a reset in this country. Lives will be lost more this year.I lost too many love ones for such stories to move me. I'm now supporting the government fully since we don't want to have sense in this country.
Just day before yesterday, my community was under attack for more than 24hrs, no security personnel came around until the next day.
Then our politicians started sharing blame and all that, some even visited my village, come and see me hailing them na! I was shouting honourable honourable, no vacancy in 2027 and all praises. Deep down, I know we have a failed system with unfit individuals in power but nobody has monopoly of phoolishness so until we are ready, this is how we will continue to die like chickens, me inclusive. Just waiting for my time to come

It's a long story, to cut it short, I became deaf after treatment for stomach pain.
Please visit a specialist now and stop complaining online. If your problem is money, create a thread and request for help, there are caring individuals who may help you. Avoid self medication at all cost, a simple mistake will make you regret for life. I'm a victim of such circumstances so I'm talking from experience. You can check my topics and see what I'm facing right now.

Op. Don't follow any advice you see on about self medication. Kindly proceed to a specialist for better diagnosis and treatment.
Avoid pastors
Avoid pastors
Avoid imams and herbalists
Avoid imams and herbalists
Don't put anything in your ears except an ENT specialist instruct you to do so. It is better to leave your ears like that if you don't have money.

I'm telling you this from experience and as a deaf person, I know how this things work and trust me, I will be welcoming you to the deaf world soon if you go against my advice.

Quick recovery sir

PoliticsRe: I am no longer PDP National Secretary: Court dismisses Samuel Anyanwu's suit by kpakpakpa(m): 11:24pm On Jan 20
Ofunaofu:
seunmsg, english appears to be a struggle for you.
Anyanwu’s own lawyer, K. C. Njemanze (SAN), told the court he was withdrawing the suit because it had been overtaken by events. He then explicitly explained what that event was:

“As at today when the matter came up, Anyanwu is no longer the National Secretary as his tenure expired in November last year.”

Those are not my words. Those are the words of Anyanwu's counsel in open court.

So no, the case was not withdrawn because Anyanwu had been “recognized” and no longer needed relief from the court. It was withdrawn because there was nothing left to litigate, his tenure had ended. Courts don’t issue declaratory orders for offices that no longer exist.
If you had actually read and understood the statement instead of inventing meanings to suit your propaganda, you’d know that overtaken by events in legal context doesn’t mean victory, it means irrelevance.

And please, spare us the IELTS sermon. The real problem here isn’t pronunciation or travel requirements; it’s the inability to comprehend simple, unambiguous English, even when a Senior Advocate of Nigeria spells it out for you.

Next time, try reading and understanding before accusing others of ignorance.
I thought I'm the only one who finds that post disgusting. The lawyer was clear that Anyanwu is no longer the secretary as of today when the matter was mentioned, I don't know where he read otherwise that Anyanwu remains the national secretary.
PoliticsRe: I am no longer PDP National Secretary: Court dismisses Samuel Anyanwu's suit by kpakpakpa(m): 11:21pm On Jan 20
seunmsg:
And this one too

You guys should try read and understand before rushing to comment ignorantly. The headline is pure propaganda fabricated by another poorly educated guy. Check the actual headline from the source, it is entirely different.

For proper context, Anyanwu remains the national secretary of PDP. He never said he’s no longer the National Secretary as fraudulently claimed by the OP. His counsel simply withdrew the case because it has been overtaking by event. What is the event? Anyawun has already been recognized as the National Secretary so he doesn’t need the court to give that order again.

The inability of folks like you to read and understand is why is why we have to write IELTS before traveling to an English speaking country.
I'm pro Tinubu but this your reasoning is wack to be honest.
And you even add salt to the injury by saying the guy can not read and understand. Go back and read what the lawyer said, 2nd to the last paragraph to be precise.

PoliticsRe: You Yave 30 Governor's Yet You Are Not Satisfied- Kwankwaso Slams Tinubu by kpakpakpa(m): 11:39pm On Jan 04
Nairalandankra:
Tasks Abba Kabiru Yusuf to relinquish governorship if he wants to leave the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP).

In a strongly worded remark, the former governor questioned tinubus push for Kano’s governor to defect, saying such a move would amount to stripping the movement of its only executive hold.

“If you have 30 governors, why must you take Kano State governor? He is the only one left for us in the Government House,” he said.

Those instigating him to go should tell him to drop the governorship for us and go, since the governorship is not meant for only one person,” Kwankwaso added.

“Since these things started, I have tried my best. Anybody I needed to talk to, I have done that, trying to convince them that the track they are on will not benefit anybody in Kano,” he said.

Kwankwaso noted that the NNPP-led government still had time to deliver dividends of democracy, stressing that unity among political actors was crucial.

The line has drawn itself in Kano State. It is a war between light and darkness, and the people of Kano have since understood that,” he said.

Only God knows the number of people in pain in Kano State. Many came here crying. Many people are in a serious dilemma. Some have developed high blood pressure, some are in the hospital, and they are lovers of this party who voted for this government,” he said.

Kwankwaso dismissed claims that the NNPP was weak in Kano, insisting the party remained dominant in the state.

If you go back to Abuja and see them, tell them they are playing with Kano. They are underestimating us and they should be very careful. Kano should be treated with caution,” Kwankwaso warned.
