Its painful to say the least but what can we do?

An average disabled person is suffering, we are easily triggered in cases of discrimination. I can't remember how many times i thought of killing myself because of such issues. At last i will sit and laugh over it leaving everything to God

There is no provision for PWD in many hospitals Nigeria. I become deaf later in life due to careless doctors. I have been to at least 4 university teaching hospitals but have never met a sign interpreter. In fact, due to experience, i can boldly say we don't have up to 10 professional ear doctors in Nigeria

Benue state university teaching hospital is worse, went there some months back and the doctor was angry that i was not understanding him as if it were my fault to be deaf, okay doc, write it on a paper so that i can read and understand but no, he insisted speaking with a deaf who can not hear a thing. I tell you that i have never seen a sign interpreter in many government hospitals. Their attitude towards us is hate. Reasons i don't like visiting hospitals again. They will make you feel as if you are not a human

What i actually wanted was to see if i can remove my auditory and rest, i saw no point in been deaf but hearing noise in my head always, i just want it quiet. But many advice against it that i should continue managing.

Sir i beg you to look at my case with pity and help in any way you can, i'm going through alot at the moment. This problem dealt with me seriously, i will be glad if you reply me, and sorry for making many posts, is because i'm using a button phone.

The last i went to hospital, the doctors said i should go and carry out "tympanometry test and diagnostic pure tone audiometry" immediately before they can know what next, but the teaching hospital did not have the equipments to do the test so i was referred to a private hospital to carry out the tests but i did not have funds for it till now. I even brought the issue on nairaland for help.............

I have this condition called Tinnitus, the symptoms is constant loud noise in my hear, my hearing has gone completely so what i do hear is just the noise in my ears without a source outside, its funny that i'm deaf but still experience constant ringing,buzzin,shouts etc inside my head but when a person talks to me, i will not hear. Sleep is one difficult thing for me except i use drugs,alcohol or recently, a sleeping device. This is because, the noise in my head is very loud...........................

Nigerian health care has failed me completely. My last resort now is to travel abroad to deal with my illness but where can I get the money? I will be glad if you help me sir, this tinnitus is killing me slowly like a poison.
