I have an issue that is seriously bothering me, I am a third year Computer Engineering student of a Federal University. The problem is my result has dropped from the 2.1, I was managing to a 2.2 my current CGPA is 3.07, and I even fear it may drop to a third class if I am not careful.

Hi, you have nothing to be afraid of, it's just tonsillitis.
Go to any pharmacy around you
Buy NCP, Augmentin and Vitamin C( preferably 1000mg of Vit C ).
Dilute the NCP with water and gaggle with it 5 times daily,
Augumentin twice daily ,
Take your vitamin (1000mg) once a day.
You will be alright
