The Judiciary, not the INEC, is the last arbiter for election in Nigeria.
There is no where the Nigerian Constitution stated that some one must be sworn in as president once pronounced by INEC as president-elect. There is no date fixed by the Constitution of Nigeria for swearing in of president-elect. And we are talking about a presidential election results being challenged at the Election Petition Tribunal.

Tinubu fulfilled all conditions set out by the Nigerian constitution. Obi is blinded by his quest for power. Reason he is running from Pillar to post to be accepted.Clearly,he won the shit hole he came from plus few south south state, but Tinubu won Nigeria.
