First on the illustrious list is Nigeria's own Ahmed Musa with 2 goals. Rumour has it that he achieved that feat against Iceland. A team Messi missed a penalty against coupled with his disasterclass.

I am just laughing at this shameless Barça fans trying to hide their disappointment with their midget's awful world cup run by mocking Ronaldo. If anything it's Messi who has tarnished his WC image more. Truth is, Portugal were never the favorites(some even expected them to crash out of the group stage) and Argentina were tipped as one of the teams who would likely win the tourney. It's Messi who disappointed pundits after dropping disasterclass after disasterclass vs Iceland and Croatia managed to be dragged to the next round by his team, but still got eliminated with a team who many never gave a chance. Before the WC, Messi had more WC goals than CR, same amount of hattricks, same amount of titles, less int. titles. After the WC, he has less WC goals, less hattricks, same amount of titles, more disasterclass, and more international retirements. Lionel Messi is ending up with 0 international titles with his national team, and there is absolutely nothing y'all can do about it.
