Nelly Ghenghen: tuhh!! these fifa ranking are not legit!! how can colombia be ranked above brazil? whichRanking is based on consistency. If i'm not wrong Colombia are 2nd or 3rd in the South-American qualification series and they are on the verge of qualifying for the World cup after so many years.I am not saying they are better than Brazil though, but they have been consistent. And Don't you know who Radamel Falcao is? |
Learning how to hold your temper in a fight isn't easy at all.And when you're done lashing out, you realise later that maybe you should have been calm and composed instead of throwing your temper on the person- be it your loved one, family e.t.c. But here are a couple of tricks that will save you the trouble of being guilty after a fight. Put yourself in the other's shoes The best way to control your temper is by trading places with the other person- the one who is on the recieving end of your fury.Think about what he/she must be feeling while you are yelling or screaming at them. This will help you control your anger immediately and calm you down. Is it worth your anger Think about the problem that is making you so hyper. Is it really worth so much aggression? Think about the issue calmly whether it is worth all this madness that you are into.If the anwer is no, then put your energy into something else.Honestly, half of the fights most of us get into do not deserve that much energy and madness. Talk about it When you communicate about your problems to your loved ones or your family, half of the trouble is over, then and there.Talking about your expectations and what is hurting you can save up on unnecessary trouble. This saves up on a lot of time and will not sap your energy out of you for nothing. Take deep breaths Deep breathing will ease your mind and will help you think better about your problems.Just a couple of deep breaths and you will realise what exactly you've been trying to fight and why you are so angry. This one will save you from blowing up every time. Walk away The best and the last resort any fights, is to walk away from the problem. If you think that you are not in the condition to talk about the issue with your partner or your family, then just walk away from it.When you are okay, and on the right frame of mind to deal on the problem again, talk about it then. http://www.ynaija.com/4-ways-to-hold-your-temper/ http://www.m.timesofindia.com/life-style/relationship/man-woman/ways-to-hold-your-temper/articles.how/17923806.cms

They keep on disgracing innocent Nigerians. What was he thinking? |
Anyone who knows Nigerian movies well must know that they come with the most hilarious title imaginable.Well, this is certainly one of those with the worst(or is it best) we can find around. The movie title comes with a curious challenge for all men- Do you have what it takes to tear that bra? No, don't answer that!
|
How come everybody is turning to a pastor nowadays? Are you thinking what i am thinking? END ![]() |
Who says we are not moving forward? Haters can cry now |
Are they not being paid well for them to disgrace theirselves like this? |

The actress has been involved in relationships recently that didn't all go well including one with Yvonne Nelson for the same guy whom she later denied any knowledge about. Her pain and struggles with some of her colleagues has been in the media for the past weeks and the subsequent sharing of her father's picture to the public for the first time only served to illustrate the deep hole of love missing and how much she longed for a partner in her life to love and support her.Well maybe she found one. Even though she wasn't explicit as to whether he was indeed her boyfriend, Tonto had this captioned message with it:"with my sweetheart.... Udo" So could surmise that he is the lucky one and his name "Udo" Awwww.....Tonto looks so happy.Congrats! http://www.africanmoviesnews.com/2013/09/tonto-dikeh-reveals-her-sweetheart-after-multiple-heartbreaks

God has really blessed him.He made a lot of money from that MTN deal. |
President Goodluck Jonathan on September 11, 2013, Wednesday honoured the Olympic and the World Athletics Championship medalist, Blessing Okagbare, for her brilliant performance at the recently concluded 2013 World Athletic Championship in Moscow While commending the athlete's performance during a brief ceremony held at the council chamber of Aso Rock Presidential Villa.President Jonathan asked Nigerian youths, especially females to emulate Okagbare. The President who added that the athlete and her coach would be considered for National honours also charged the ministry of sports to ensure that Nigeria win more medals in future sporting events. President Jonathan also promised that his administration will no longer treat issues related to sports and sportsmen with levity. The President announced cash gift of N3million for Okagbare who was accompanied to the occasion by the Governor of the home state(Delta), Mr. Emmanuel Uduaghan. The president also announced cash gift of N3.5m for her coach. While speaking at the occasion, Bolaji Abdullahi, the Minister of Sports commended Delta state for the discovery of Okagbare and also acknowledged the support of President Jonathan to sports development in Nigeria. While speaking to journalist after the event, Uduaghan said the personal recognition of the athlete's effort by the President will spur her for greater achievments. On her part, Okagbare said there is no magic to sports and that with continuous support, she will continue to win laurels for her country. In Moscow Okagbare won the silver medal in the long jump and also placed third in the Women's 200m race in the Athletics championship. The African record holder in 100m race Okagbare unfortunately finished only 6th in the final run. http://www.naij.com/news/46874.html

As for me, My father didn't have to say anything, just the look he gives you when you fail can make you pee on your shorts. So, failing was not an option. |

Talking will not solve anything.Let us protest. |
Brymo: keep us updated about d protest, when u get 2 Abj.This is the problem we are having in Nigeria.Nobody wants to stand up for his/her right.Everybody just looks the other way when things like this happen.ASUU is on strike and a news like this comes up, yet nothing is being done about it.Nigeria will never move forward if the citizens don't stand up for their rights.Once again, I suggest we all move to Abuja to protest. |
