From the results android is favoured over the single din car stereo without display.


That being said since there are opinions about the single preference let's aim for another media unit that is interactive and will still maintain the single din look.

I am thinking of a retractable foldable motorised 7inch inch screen which is smaller, and also android.

Hello Gazzuz. I took my car to the mechanic because of a vibration from the front wheel especially when accelerating around 80km/h. His diagnosis is that the inner CV joint is bad but fixable which he did. My concern is there wasn't real difference from the initial state and would like to know if he's even right about his diagnosis. If he is,is it repairable or I should just replace it. Thanks.

I have this question about flood title car(s). I am about to partake in some auction in the US through a friend. I have this car that caught my fancy, recent model and cool piece of machinery.

The only problem is that it have this flood title to it, and the friend is telling me that its not much of a problem. He even told me that it can be sorted here in Nigeria, that majority of such cars (flood Tittle) are shipped to Nigeria daily.

As a professional, what would be your advice sir? Is it possible that I can be able to put this kind of car back to the road again?

From my observation, these sort of cars are attracting a lot of bid in the auctions. Is there any other things they can use this cars for? maybe spare parts?

Knowing Nairaland for a while, I know some will jump in here to insult my person. The truth is that all is welcome. In all I will love a constructive criticism. And most of all, I would love to hear the opinion of the Chief himself.

Let's take it again.

Engine warms up the coolant. Thermostat is designed to open up @ a certain temperature value. Usually 88-96.

So yes Thermostat begins to open up once temp hits those values. Ecu monitors temp rise and and as soon as values get to a predetermined value (newer cars)
fan is triggered(usually 96degrees) and stays on till it falls to about 89degrees.

For the older pre 2000 vehicles, a thermistor connected to the Fan relay does the fan operation. Located on the lower side of the radiator. Now in this case temp is monitored by engine ecu, but engine ecu can only monitor, the fan operation is decided by thermistor.
same principle Thermostat opens up, fills radiator with hot coolant, thermistor sends signal to fan relay, and you have a spinning fan.

Boss sorry to burg you. How does removal of thermostat affect fuel consumption? I'm eager to learn. ie the technicality behind that.

For a while, a lot of people using vehicles whose brands I don't presently support, have been asking about the possibility of having a support for their own vehicles too.

While we have not yet extended support to those brands, an ex-trainee of mine is willing to take up such cars. You can give him a call if you fall into the above category and you have car issues.

NOTHING came out of it as you NEVER acted on your word you gave her.

in one of your mails,i asked how much of my funds you had,you said $25k which,was more than enough to make FULL payment for the said 2010 bmw 750LI and make deposit for the GX470. you said you gave your friend a draft of $16,100 for the bmw. what then happened to the balance as you NEVER deposited for the GX470 nor refunded it back to me. Rather,you continued your business as usual. You just confirmed how wicked you are.

Honda Accord(bullet) engine makes some ka ka ka sound when the engine starts then the sound disappears after 5mins. It only happens when starting the engine in the morning. The noise seems to be coming from the top part of the engine.
Pls I need your help.
