Nonsense...so because he was one of the soldiers dat arrested Buhari, he shuldnt b investigated again abi. Atleast accordin to him, they were 3 soldiers and I avnt heard DSS arrested the oda 2 soldiers. All dis old useless men wuld jus open dier mouths and b sayin nonsense...

I need an advice fellow Nairalanders. My Friend's wife is making my once easy life very complicated. I have a very close friend. We went through the same secondary school and university.

We are both working for different multinational companies. We are very comfortable and have a very wonderful family. My Friend's wife wants an affair with me. She's so open about it and I have told her it's a big No.

She disturbs me with calls and love text messages. I have not told my wife and I have not told my friend. Recently my friend travelled to US on a training and he called me about 11P.m that I should help take the wife to his company's clinic because according to my friend she was in crises. My wife did not object to my rendering this assistance at that time of the night and I took the risk for a friend but when I got there, the two kids were already in bed. I was expecting to see her in a critical state, but she was not. The next thing she did was to send her maid upstairs to stay with the kids that she was going to the hospital and will lock up. I noticed that she was trying to feign some abdominal pains in front of the maid. All of a sudden, she came up and held me tight.

I manage to take her to my car and I ended up driving her around the streets of Ph. She confessed she wanted to sleep with me and that we should lodge somewhere till morning. I told her to give me time to think about it. This was just for me to return her home. Should I tell my wife and her husband?

Please help I am not myself anymore.

Boss I don't think you need any advice cos I'm sure you know the best thing to do which is to stay away from your friends wife, maybe inform your wife before she discovers what's been happening thru your phone or any other means....btw, help a broda out cos i need a job so bad...thankz

I am sad and unhappy about how a specific Nestle recruitment campaign was handled by Nestle Nigeria. I feel even worse because research have shown that other people have experienced the same treatment. Some have experienced even worse.

I know there are Nestle employees here on Nairaland, so it will do me great joy if someone explains this situation and why Nestle does this.

I applied for an opening late last year with Nestle, luckily for me, I got invited for a Dragnet test which I gladly attended. Fortunately for me, I passed the Dragnet Test.
About a week after receiving a Dragnet success email, I received another invite from Nestle to attend a function based test which I did. Few weeks later, I received another email that I was successful at the Function test.

About 2 weeks later, I received an interview invite mail and call, I was happy at the speed and professionalism of the entire process because I knew no one working with Nestle and I was convinced that the entire process had been outstandingly meritocratic.
I attended the Nestle interview, very few people were present for the interview. I did my very best at the interview and as God will have it, about two weeks later I received a follow up email that I was successful at the interview.
I was very happy because Nestle is a company I have utmost respect for and building my career with such a company was a dream come through.

This is June the 12th, 2015, Its been about 5 months since I received the last interview success mail. I was concerned so I networked with some Nestle staff via LinkedIn.com. To my surprise, I was told some people did medicals and resumed about 3 months ago for the same opening. I was also made to believe that 95% of these people previously worked with Nestle as contract staff, now they have been made full time staff.

I initially felt bad but I also know about other interviewed candidates who received regret mails from Nestle after the interview where I received success mail.

It will be very much appreciated if someone from Nestle explains why this is happening.

Why have I been left in the dark by Nestle?

Why no follow up email has been sent since over 5 months?

What exactly is going on?

Do I still remain positive about being contacted by Nestle?

If possible, Nestle Nigeria HR should look into this because it seems like a very unfair treatment. A follow up correspondence to candidates who will work with you in the future will really ease a lot of tension. It also shows top class professionalism on your part as a company.

Sorry bro, it's a pity. Well just take ur mind off it cos God gat beta plans 4 u but on d good syd, Nestle kips records of pple dat passed dier interviews nd if oda position bcums vacant, u wuld b d first 2 contacted!

I guess d OP doesn't no d meaning of majority leader. David Mark wasn't nominated as majority leader, dat position is meant for the ruling party, mayb he wuld get minority leader. He was only accorded d privilege 2 b sworn in alone as a former president of d senate. Shalom!

It is very unfortunate. I know of a guy that just joined one of the upstream subsidiaries of NNPC. He did same test on 06-Dec-2014.

You don't av 2 feed wrong and unreliable info in dis thread especially wen it's unconfirmed nd false knowing full well pple are apprehensive here. Besyds ur "frnd" culd b on contract dere cos dey recruit pple on contract when dere is an urgent nid in such subsidiaries. The reason 4 dis delay is logical,nnpc is unstable 4 now but soonest interview invites wuld b sent. Shalom!

everybody submitted copies of his/her credentials b4 d interview but not for documentatn and previous job pay slip was nt asked unless ur frd just added it on his own or he went back later to submit it.

Oh ok, well according 2 him, he only submitted his cv @ first but afta d interview he was asked to submit copies of all his credentials nd oda docs......well mayb his engr trainee applicant is diff sha. tnz all d same.

People with different infos sha. I remember vividly b4 I was interviewed at Agro Sacks in Lagos, Myself and some interviewee had a chat with Mrs Williams; one of the HR. She said "Only 100 persons" are to be shortlisted for the trainee employment.
I called the same woman 2weeks ago to confirm when we should expect their feedback on the interview we did. The response she gave me was that "We will be contacted b4 the end of this month (May). They are trying to prepare everything that will be needed for the training and also equip the hostels too.
I assume since this is the last week in May, hopefully we'll be contacted by God's grace.

Hello guyz, got a questn tho it soundz kinda silly but itz important 2 me....Am actually 4rm local Govt "A" but due to ma admission in skul den nd sum oda scholarship stuffs @ skul, I chose local Govt "B" in ma skul docs nd it has alwz reflected in ma docs nd c.v tho I reverted 2 local govt "A" later afta service year. Ma prob now is I ain't sure d local Govt I used 2 apply 4 d NNPC recruitment process nd since its based on quota system nd all dt, am scared if I write one local govt nd it's diff 4rm d one on ma C.V dey av ova dere, it culd b sum big shitz cos I don't rem d one I wrote......
I hope d pple wif experiences of nnpc recruitment culd enlighten me on wat 2 do.Mayb it wuld b specified on interview day per state/Local govt or I shuld just leave out local govt area 4rm ma c.v nd let dem make d choice.

Let us not be deceived, buhari is not fit to rule Nigeria. We don't need a man like him. Until we find someone who is better and fit to replace Jonathan, we would continue with him.
Buhari is not fit to rule Nigeria based on the following few reasons:

1. His spoken English is very bad. Buhari can't pronounce words correctly. The way he speaks is nothing to write home about. He will be a subject of mockery if he is voted in. Jonathan wife's own will be a small thing. We can't allow such a person to rule us. Do we? Certainly not.

2. Lack of certificate. Till now buhari is still looking for his certicate. PDP did not call him a semi illiterate in vain. A man who cannot present at least one certificate, is the one we want to allow to rule over us? Certainly not!

3. His age. Buhari is too old to rule this great country Nigeria. We need a strong, energetic and smart person to rule us. Not someone who will have a heart attack and die when he hears a bad news. So, buhari should go and relax in his village now and forget about ruling Nigeria.

INEC should disqualify him now.

Up Jonathan, up Nigeria.
