sonature1: You people should stop throwing that word betray around.
Umahi did what he felt was right for the country and party.
That position should go to the South South.
They have never held it before. Nothing is given on the "they have never held it before card". Just campaign for Akpabio and leave that matter. If not, why did presidency not go to the South East? Have they held it before since after the Civil War? |

Many people just want to get their salaries and not EARN it. When you encounter such people in your work space, it becomes problematic when you try to change them. You'd hear words like "You carry this work for head to much", "Na your papa work?", "Abeg, nobody go know jare". If you're lucky not to have worked with this type before, you don't know what God has done for you. Nice article. FTC since joining Nairaland. I hear say Seun Osewa dey give something. Who should I meet |

The Nigerian judiciary is a circus full of clowns wearing robes without painted faces.
This case will die a natural death without justice being served.
The judiciary isn't INDEPENDENT. And as long as the status quo remains, we will never get it right judicially. |

PoliteActivist: Honestly, too many such reports from Abj, unlike Lagos. Maybe it's just a bit too close to BH. Doesn't it scare you even a little? Boko what? In this Abuja? My brother, Abuja is safer than any part of Nigeria right now including the said Lagos State. Zero cultism, law enforcement swarming the city, a police inspector is a nobody here. I have had the opportunity of mingling with Army captains, a major and a colonel as per a project I supervised at the Army Cyber Warfare Command Center, Giri Abuja. Where would I have seen such calibre of military personnel to mingle with? All my life, I have only had the opportunity of mingling with a Master Warrant Officer 11 way back in Bayelsa state while working with Shell BP. Abuja is safe. Any criminal that comes here behaves instantly. The attacks you hear of are orchestrated by people from neighbouring Kaduna, Kogi Nassarawa, Niger or Benue states. And they are few in-between. Just like you see in the movies, there are plain clothes officers amongst every large gathering gathering Intel and ready to move in at a short notice. Bars, recreational centres and malls to name a few. In Abuja, you watch your word. You know why you hardly read about jungle justice here? Yes, because the police or one other law enforcement unit are always on ground. Abuja is nice bro. |

When I read that report, you were the first person that crossed my mind. Skirmishes here and there, but on the whole Abuja is safe. Try Kubwa. Abaji generally is a notorious place cos of its proximity to I think Kogi or so. It's closer to a state than to the city center. Nigeria as a whole is a security mess my brother. |

There are ethnic Germans in Austria, ethnic Fench in Switzerland ,ethnic Yoruba in republic of Benin that doesn't give you the license to invade another country or support secessionist movements in another country. Russia is basically behaving like a rogue state. You totally ignored the substance in his questions and started "south". Just answer the questions posed.. |

Also, people don't catch cruise online, they simply display their true nature which they are uncomfortable to display before the people around them because of material gains or just to be morally right.
Never you neglect or dismiss as trolling/cruise what people especially ladies post on social media especially forums and closed groups.
Even here in nairaland, they all display their true characters and we tag it trolling until you carry one put for house and see her subtly displaying the same characteristics she has been posting online. Spot on |
