Funny, Suicide Squad has eluded my predictions. Now, I think this movie will end somewhere around $685 million when all is said and done. It will surpass the records of MOS at this rate. It is not even opening in Japan until September 10th.

It baffles me too that this very good idea that will reduce some pressure on the Naira has not yet been implemented, I still believe the deal has been made but is being delayed by some bureaucratic bottleneck within the Nigerian civil service as usual..

The greatest bottleneck and hiccup in business in Nigeria is the civil service and their corruption most likely someone has been paid by geedy beneficiaries of dollar scarcity to delay the deal.

Another reason may be the slow nature of Buhari, though his intentions are very good to be frank he is very slow, the word hit the ground running is strange to Buhari, imagine how long it took him to appoint his cabinet and just imagine till today no replacement for James ocholi that died several months ago thereby short changing Kogi people.

Another reason may be from the Chinese it self, they may given it a second though and are frustrating it deliberately among reason they may do that is they realize they need dollars in their economy.

Another reason may be the Almighty USA may have threatened Nigeria not to go ahead with it, because going on with the deal means making the US dollars less attractive in Nigeria and the moment that succeeds in the Nigeria other african nations can follow suit, thereby making the dollar irrelevant, also there is a cold war between the west and the east(ie china and russia) so there may be an economy war being by the superpower and Nigeria is the battle ground.

so from all your assumptions, can I simply say, your president, Nigeria president, north, east south and west president (Buhari) , is a coward?

I've been seeing rumours that Suicide Squad was rejected in China for political reasons, largely because of the Japanese character, Katana girl. How true is it? The excuse China gave was because the movie was dark but Warcraft had darker witchcraft theme and made tons of money in China.

China mostly ban R rated kind of movies. I believe that's one of the major reasons for its ban... Especially when it got to do with the F word and nudity....

The movie still has at least $50 million in its arsenal before closing at box office. It only just got released in Germany and Japan. Japan will bring in at least $30 million to the table.

I hope so, but we shouldn't expect something of that numbers from Japan. though, Japan is one box office market you can not predict.

Did anyone notice the little curl from his hair? This looks like a scene with those two kids, I won't be surprised to see them in the movie. I can see this movie will have lots of CGI. Even superman's cape is CGI'ed.

Yea. the iconic curling hair! he's evolving into the Superman most people know....
most often CGIs are being added to perfect his cape movements.... It also help him to choreograph fighting scenes proper (that's, without his cape).
