Yes, but only if you are amongst the lucky, who were fortunate enough to still be on the plan before Etisalat locked out those who weren't on it at that time.

I..e If you deactivated Payg before Eti did their ish, you no go fit opt in as for now but if you didn't deactivate and your sim still dey subscribed to payg, E go work.

I wasn't on the plan when Eti locked it though but was lucky to have been able to opt in with one style.
