Christianity EtcRe: Men In Search Of Women In Church by kulaShaker(f): 6:42pm On Jun 17, 2007
men are in search of women in church becos after girls have finished making shakara all their youthful days, they find out their biological clock is ticking over time and go into panic mode, so they flock to Church in desperate search for holy brothers to marry. So it makes sense for men outside to go into churches in search after they have finished their own playa days in the hope of meeting a holy sister. But the joke is on all of them cos none of them are really holy or Christians wink hence the increase in pastor counselling these days grin

it is interesting to see how even the young generation are taking on thesame roles as their fathers in relations to women and our roles. Orr is it just a display of male bravado Interesting discussion.

FamilyRe: How Do You Leave A Nigerian Man? by kulaShaker(f): 11:52pm On Jun 12, 2007
pardon me if i am wrong but on one hand you say not all Nigerians are like this and that, then you come back saying maybe we are a law onto ourselves , asking to be corrected. Sorry i really mean no offense but are you by any change trying to goad us here? if not then i apologize.

Saying that, in some ways yes Nigerian men, or even Just Black men , African men whatever, can be a law unto themselves. it is not a good or bad thing to expect women and men to act in a certain way within the Nigerian culture. It becomes bad when you come across mean individuals like you ex who use anything under the sun as an excuse , or justification for their abuse. This behavior is not exclusive to the Nigerian community

FamilyRe: What Is The Value Of A Woman Who Can't Cook? by kulaShaker(f): 9:25pm On Jun 12, 2007
how can a woman's worth be based on her ability to cook? this is quite shocking?
I'll tell you what use a woman is , cook or not.
She is a child bearer, nurturer, carer, and whether some men like it or not you can not do with out us in your lives(except you happen to be gay). Women can not be good at absolutely everything, so it is unwise to expect us to be cordon bleu chefs. you should appreciate a woman that even manages to cook for you even if she is hopeless at it. A man can have grounds to talk about a woman being worthless if she is completely bone idle and does nothing.
