u have raised a very serious and cogent matter and every landers shld note this aswell, that this is one out of 1million problem facing men in particular when it comes to personal heigene,i really can't explain myself what exactly the prob is.

i guess our african delicacies aren`t helping the matter or what do u feel landers? i mean rotten stuffs from our local mkt,just on a ligther mood.

But why don't u feel a bit diplomatic about it since he said they av been 2gether for a while ,the poster shld call his friend and let him realize that he is entitle to his own choice then if he remain adamant then he can the go blazes.

for the tommy she can do some sit up in the morning and some jogging aswell but for stretch mark i think i conquor with efuah and others.thats cheap and ok for now but if there is no improvement u can seek for the advice of a proffessionals for more help.
