Hi guyz,I am very new here and I will like to apply for a work permit to canada...I have ahnd degree in mech enginerring and I will be so glad if I can get more explanation on how to go about the application.
I want to ask if it is very important to get a job there before applying or not.
I am complete novice and just need some little guidelines on how to go about it....

hello guyz...i need your help,i am so much interested in studying in Canada and presently I am studying in Germany. Germany is very cool but the language barrier is to much and they are not very open kin of people.
So i need to move to Canada where I can get four years of study and postgraduate visa to work after study.
What I do not know now is that will it be necessary for me to come to naija to apply for the visa or take the visa from here.
Does anyone know any Nigerian that applied for visa from Germany or outside Nigeria and what was the outcome?

According to results during the last election...Ladoja was leading until like 6 a.m they released another result contrary to what has been recorded.
for someone to have 89 exhibits,do you think it is a child's play...the whole 89 exhibits cannot be wrong.
there are cases where there are 3500 registered voters and results of 15000 emanates from there.
Let's wait and see...the tribunal will decide not fools vomiting here...
They don't even know the name of the governor of their own state yet ,they dont live in ibadan....they do not study the situation or read from past history but they know the names of all the footballers from champions league to Nigerian league.

@kuthvis....kleve dey very boring but in as much you are here to study..just face am ...but it will be advisable for you to live in kleve because engineering course hard and needs you to be on campus most times...as for jobs...if you speak german ..you will be lucky...i came here without one naira for german..i sill dey suffer am ...so just try come first then if you do not like the environment then you can transfer to another university.....but if we have plenty naija guys here...we know how to make it lively ..

@no other school offer the course in english here in Germany...i wish they are i no go even wait at all.......but living in dusseldorf is quite good but its like 1.35min to school and most times i have 8am lectures and also trains might have delay sometimes and if na exam perios..person don jons be that...so if i could get some other schools that have it in english na movement straight o...

@ebele i am presently studying mechatronics engineering but this place is just too far and its really difficult to survive here bros,its a very good environment for people who have sponsorers o...i want to change my course to either business and engineering or logistics at University of Würzburg-Schweinfurt. the campus is in schweinfurt which is in bavaria state too.i don't know if you know about wurzburg or schweinfurt.
so the both courses are still very interesting.that is why i want to move from this place

@ebele,which of the cities are you?i am planning to move from here this winter to Munich or a better city ....Rhine-Waal is a very good school for students who do have people to sponsor them but for people who will huzzle and pay bills...Kleve no be am o,especially if you are studying engineering or science courses which are very demanding...the people here also are not very civilised...so in bigger cities there are many opportunities than dulling yourself in this environment......just an advice so you think before you leap

hello,everyone...how is your application process going?i want to advice you guyz before coming to Germany.they so much cherish their language and do not want to speak any other language,i have been here for almost 5months still learning because i could not get a job without language.
So please start planning to register for language course or use youtube to learn online,even duolingo is very good...you need to speak German to succeed here.if you speak German,there are jobs all over everywhere...and also people applying to rhine-waal univ should try and apply to some other schools in munich,berlin,stuttgart,leipzig,hamburg..those are places you can get job easily....Kleve is very boring and very limited to student jobs...but if you do not have any other option then come here and huzzle your way out...Please is there anybody going to munich ,wurzburg or shweinfurt..please write me let's talk...if you are already there please i need some very important infos from you..

hello people,according to the international office here,there are a whole lot of applications that they treat because of the english language courses and they are always unable to attend to all the applications ...some qualified people dont get admission and late responses due to the large number of applicants ....now they are giving out the whole aplication process to uni-assist...before you apply directly without paying uni-assist,but now everyone must apply through uni-assist.
I am talking about Rhine waal university of applied sciences,so you guys should apply via uni-assit from next year..

@eke4seven...thank you for commending me sir,There are places good for huzzle here no doubt but i will have to travel 4hrs to and fro and thats really waste of time ...and I am trying to transfer some credits from my HND from Nigeria.If I can successfully do that ,that I am just going to take few courses,i will wait here and finish sharply but if not...bro i am going to find my way out here next semester.i have been trying to get some school uptown,but some very interesting courses i will like to do require me having a internship contract with a company where i can be studying and also learn from the job .
I have written to so many of them but I havent gotten any response,please what do you think i do about that or probably if you know how people do get the contract..i will be glad to red from you again.

@xketchdesign...na me hail pass...if you are apply for masters,na 100 for toefl o...but as i dey hear,it seems its easy to pass IELTS than Toefl...So you might try that but you must score 6.5...bro pls try hard..you go pass,....practice for 2weeks before the exam...i am sure you will excel...the thing needs practice

And also think about it well,Kleve is a village full of old people and the population is like 45k...very boring for me,i am trying to navigate to other states next year cos for here ...before you see work ehn! and also language is the problem here..as for me na only english ,ijebu,and pigin i still sabi for now.....so you guyz should learn german before u comot for naija o...go goethe institute...dem tell me i no hear,i dey drink the garri small small now.
If you come to Kleve,use am enter germany...then after first semester or two....carry your gangara go another city....but for children wey their papa go send money for block account every year,i think this is a good place to cool down and read but if you be huzzler,wey u go huzzle block account to renew fisa.....pull ur ear,make u pick race transfer go another school for bigger cities.

@all..i am so sorry i have not been here,i feel guilty cos this thread helped me a whole lot but i have not been able to contribute my own quota here.
I will like to advice you all prospective applicants to RHINE-WAAL UNIVERSITY OF APPLIED SCIENCES to make sure they have all the requirments and also I repeat to try and get admission into some other universities in berlin,breme,frankfurt or liezpeq cos this Kleve na village o........nothing here,and so boring..I am planning to transfer to some other universities uptown in the next session....you cannot get a good job here.
But if you are someone that likes a very quite environment and live a triangle life i swill recommend this place for you...
But i will also advice you to apply here and transfer later,if you find it hard to get admission into some uptown universities...
LEARN GERMAN LANGUAGE O,SOME GERMANS DONT EVEN WANT TO TALK TO YOU ONCE YOU SPEAK ENGLISH,THEIR ENGLISH IS BAD SO THEY WONT WANT TO FALL THEMSELVES HAND...SO THEY IGNORE YOU....

@all pls,this issue of renewal of visa,how can we that uses sponsorship letter renew our visas.?on my sponsorship letter it was stated that it will cover the whole duration of my studies,so I am thinking if that letter will be sufficient to renew my visa every year.?hope to read from our ogas already in germany...cheers

@edsajo i think the embassy meant that you should have presented another passport and also a letter from the school extending your enrollment .
Mayebe you should have applied for another passport,so that you will use that one to get the visa because they will not give you visa,while you have a fake visa on the previous passport because they will be checked at the point of entry and if that is noticed,the person that interviewd you here will have a case to answer.
so you should have collected a new passport,you fit talk to those immigration guyz about it,dem go know how to do am .



@all please,all the legalization una dey do,my school no require legalisation o.....abi is it compulsory for all international student to do it before leaving naija ni?pls lemme know o,make i no come go jons for that side o.

@kuzee, ur questions has been answered by someone .ond is not enough to apply for bachelor program.u must have hnd or one year university study.if I were u,I will go and register for NOUN asap and apply next year becos to go for HND will be another two years.and also try and write toefl exam and score 80 and above,with these you are good to go.I bliv I have done justice to this...Rhine waal has one of the easiest application process,u don't need to send any document or pay applicarion fee.I applied three time before I got this admission,I applied with OND in the first time,second time with my HND but expired TOEFL,third time I have everythng in place.I scanned my document to them July 15 and I got three admission from the school July 16...make sure u start ur preparation now..Go and register for Toefl,register for NOUN so u can use the one year result or transcript to apply,I hope u find this my essay useful
