Hello All I hope 2025 is going well for everyone

I am doing a Teachers Appreciation Gift for April 2025. I did the Last one in April & July 2019 (You can check that Thread)

I am doing this as i was in Nigeria Earlier this Year and went to a few schools and saw how teacher are Struggling Financially

I want to bless 40 New Graduate Teachers or Nigerians who are teaching in Nigeria Secondary Schools with 50,000 Naira each

I know it may not be a big amount but i am following the principle that what you make
happen for others God will Make Happen for you - Matthew 7:12

Its Wednesday 2nd April 2025 so i going to respond to the first 5 Male Teachers and first 5 Female Teachers in Four Batches making 40 Teachers.

You must respond by sending the following details below to my email address :

1 - Full Name and Naira-land ID Name (So i will post an abbreviation of your ID name on the thread
when the transfer is made - Check the post i did in July 2019 for confirmation that i paid the funds)

2 - University in Nigeria that you Graduated from (Its must be Federal or State University - No Private University Graduates and dont ask me why, it is obvious)

3 - Telephone Number

4 - Name of School that you teach at.

5 - Bank Details

6 - School Address and Telephone Number so that i can confirm that you are teaching there

7 - I will also pick out 2 Teachers 1 Male and 1 Female and pay for their Masters Degree Course in Nigeria
if they are planing to study further

Good day people. Please, I need your urgent advice on what to do. I applied to SAQA for my credentials verification this year January. I have made the payment. After some weeks, I received a mail from SAQA, informing me to make a payment ( credential verification payment) to the credential awarding institution, as requested by the institution. I did immediately and forwarded the payment receipt to SAQA as requested by them.

After some days, I contacted my credentials awarding institution to confirm if they have received a mail from SAQA, I was told they are yet to get a mail from SAQA, as regard my credentials verification . I sent a mail to SAQA about the development, no reply up til now.

I sent another email copying both SAQA and my credentials awarding institution, yet nothing.

According to SAQA, I only have 3 weeks for my credentials awarding institution to respond to them , in order to avoid cancellation. This timeline will elapsed this week Wednesday. I don't know what to do.

have you resolved this issue, If yes, please how did you resolve it?. I am in a similar situation.

Until we diversify our economy (agriculture, education, health, mining) such that we can earn foreign exchange from them,nothing is going to change regarding our economy. well, I try not to commend on things like dis, but its a serious issue so make I express myself. Now like someone rightly said, dreams could be from God, demon, and ur mind. But once we have reoccurring dreams, an altar of prayer has to be raised. Snake dreams signifies witchcraft activities in one's life.

M. Sc does not guarantee you a job immediately, so it's best you run both ur M. Sc and biz at d same time. Made that mistake, my biz suffered cos of my M. Sc program. Done with M. Sc now , but still job searching and no money for biz again.

Some people still enjoy there relationships and marriages, be determined to be one of them. It's of no use trying to hurt other ladies cos of her did, instead invest dat time in getting ur self together, so u will not miss d perfect lady for you.

You can easily make your money back, if you are having your PhD in one of d STEM courses, and have a chance of working in Europe, but if you will be returning to Nigeria after ur PhD, then I will suggest u get funding(scholarship).16M is a whole lot of money bro, but again maybe you a from a very wealthy family. Sure I can suggest topics for you. Excel is good but it’s output and various analyses for a professional manuscript in your area of research is low/poor for now. Try get either OriginLab or Graphpad... learn the basics on how to used them.

Back to the question how much of isotherm and kinetics models you know ?

I understand isotherms such as
Langmuir, Freundlich and Temkin and
Kinetic models such as Pseudo-first order, pseudo second order, Elovich.

Now, I will assist you in this regard to put you through how to publish your master thesis. So I will need a few things from you and you can follow these steps to polish your master thesis to make it suitable for publication.

First answer the following questions:

1. Do you have the raw data for each experiment?
2. How many times do you carry out each experiment for the parametric effect?
3. Do you have an effect of dosage of adsorbent, treatment time, initial adsorbate concentration, pH effect, solution temperature, desorption/reuse cycle experiments>
4. Which characterization did you perform on your adsorbent? You have FTIR, SEM, EDS, TGA, XRD, XPS (just list what you did in this regard)
5. Tell me how many isotherms (Langmuir, Freundlich, Temkin, Toth, etc) you have in your thesis?
6. Tell me how many kinetic models you fitted your experimental results with (Pseudo-ist, Pseudo-2nd, Webber, intraparticle etc)?
7. Any thermodynamic results?
8. Which software did you use for graphical?

So if we have the above results, then that really great..we can proceed smoothly. If not, tell me what you have, then I can tell you which to determine and calculate.

If all is set, I will send you a structured pathway to reduce you thesis into a article-like format of two proposed journal to publish your work, ensure your plagiarism is far less than 10% when you want to send me ready work and language is suitable for publication.

I will read, make corrections, enhance your work if need be, and submit your work. If you have access to a lab, while the current manuscript is being submitted for publication, I will give you other work on related to subject to start and then you can understand more.

I believe through this pathway you will learn how to do proper research, learn how the publication is done in a reputable journal. With two more, you will be able to stand on your own and teach others and carry on with your career.

Please withdraw your manuscript from predatory journals and don’t waste your research efforts.

I have said severally here on how to find reputable journals.

Please I will encourage you and upcoming researchers to focus on publishing with Elsevier, Springer, Taylor and Francis, Wiley publishers... these are reputable publishers and all subscriptions based journals are FREE.....your manuscripts will go through various peer-reviews, you will receive revisions, make adjustments if is considered worthy and get published.

Majority of predatory journals make decisions about your article in their bedroom, no peer-review or kitchen-based peer reviewed. Next will be your article is accepted and pay. When you pay, at the end you will find out your published article worth nothing while those predators smile to the bank.

I have been part of jury for selection of academic staff and researchers not only in my region but as external for number of countries; countless applicants with dozens of fake articles have been shortlisted for positions. I have seen applicants with over 46 articles published and less than 3 of these articles belong to reputable sources.
