Firstly; confident can be define as: firmly trust, feeling of certainty, boldness and thing told confidientialy.
Lack of confident cause the mind to always be in pain when in crowd of new people.
For you to gain confident, you need the following steps:
1. Trust in you abilities, if you do not trust your abilities, u ill never have confident. Try to develop urself in d area u know u are weak, and never compare urself with another person, because u are u with differen purpose in univers.
2. Always feel positive, think positive of urself, do not always think of your weakness.
3. Always be urself, and believe in urself because u are unique.
4. Always be in the dress that ill make u comfortable.
5. When speaking to people, try to speak loudly, boldly and make eyes contact.
6. List area of ur weakness and try to make them parfect if posible.
7. Do not afread of failure, when u are afread of failure, u will never do anything comfortably.
8. Do positive things that are bigger than u,
9. Try to speak to 5 new people u meet every day.
10. Every weekend, go to new place to have fun.

In nutshell, u don't want him anymore, in relationship, if u and ur guy are not compatable or u don't understand each other, it is better to cut off the relationship, than married and divioce.
I must frankly tell u, if both of u married, there ill be problem, because u don't love him, u only like him, because love is unconditional.
My advise for u is to quite d relationship.

Family / Re: Is Low Self Esteem A Result Of Parental Upbringing Or Personality? by kunletech: 2:28pm On Nov 03, 2012
Firstly, low self esteem is when you look down on yourself or when your do not believe in your self.
Low self esteem is cause by the following factors:
1. Enviroment; A child that was brought in a poor local enviroment will look down on his self when he meet with his mate that was brought up in good and wealthy enviroment.
2. Parental upbringing; if parent always ulter negative words to thier children, with time the child will believe and started to react to the words (self fulfilling prophecy)
3. Over control; when you do not give your child liberty to express his abilities by asociate with his play mate, later on, the child will develop low self esteem in area of social interaction.
4. Discouragement and abusive words are not good to be use for children, it kills thier abilities.

Later in teen and adult age, all thise will form thier personality.
Personality is the sum total of the behavioural and mental characteristics that are distictive of an individual.

Envy people are very dangeriouse, especialy at work.
When i faced this problem in my office, thise are what i did;
1. Be prayerfull (mean spiritualy strong)
2. Be very vigilant and sensitive in doing and words that will be comming out of your mouth in their present, because they can use your words against or trap you.
3. Do not trust any body, but be friendly and let them know you know that they don't like u.
4. Have spy among them that ill be given you thier wicked plan, but do not totaly trust the spy.
5. Use youe trap to catch thier leader, that is, let him commite what will make him to lost his job. Strike the shephered and the sheeps will scatered
5. Then, others will scatered.
6. Have the secret of others in your hand.
7. You have silent them for ever.

In what way did the learders (rulers) in Nigeria have encourage the youth to read?

acidtalk: The issue of having a favorite child is unavoidable. It is Natural.

But the issue of openly displaying it is why their is a broken family ties amongst siblings today.

This have led to siblings now relating like total strangers.

Some parents took the favorism to the peak and it has led to the collapse of love and unity amongst siblings today.

Good comment, favourite is unavoidable, but parent should not show it out for others to know.

Once more, i like your comment.

Myne White: 16, 17, 19, 21, 25?

Someone said - well, 19 is too young. I got married at 22, I have 3 kids and to be honest I blame my husband for so many things. No 1, I did not reach my full potential. For crying out loud I had 8As in secondary school!!!! in uni I was just ordinary and struggling. I love my kids and I love my husband, if I could turn back time, I would wait at least 4 years before marrying my hubby. To be honest my parents, grandparents, uncles and aunties asked me to wait but I refused and married with my big head. This is my story, others may have a different experience.

http://www.mynewhitmanwrites.com/2012/10/how-old-is-too-young-to-get-married.html

Psychologically, there are stages u most past through to be fully mature to get marry, If you did not pass through those stages as a youth, you will some how feel regreat and blamed yourself of geting married. If care is not taking, you will be looking for slice mistakes in your marriage for divoice to come, for you just to fill the void you did not fill when you ware in youth.
My advice for people like this is to accept the condition and be with their spouse for better for worse, and just try to be having fun you like to have for the void to be fill.
Religion / Re: Why Don’t Nigerian Pastors Preach Contentment? *picture* by kunletech: 6:56pm On Oct 07, 2012
7:37am
I believe in the bible, it is the pilgrim’s
map and the Wikipedia of Christianity. But
it is sad to notice that (Nigerian) pastor
only preach what “ sells”. Go to churches
and all you hear is preaching on increase,
overflow and divine multiplication.
Increase is good and but what of
contentment? 1 Tim 6:6 says; “ but
godliness with contentment is great
gain .” So why don’t pastors preach it?
This one-sided preaching has led to the
abuse of the pulpit. “Open heavens
offering”, “first fruit offering”, “challenge
God offering”, “seed of faith offering” etc
Listen, “Give, and it shall be given unto
you” doesn’t mean that God is a Micro-
Finance bank that gives return on
investments. The last I checked, God stills
loves a cheerful giver o.” So I challenge
you, if your pastor has ever preached
contentment, give me the church address
and I will become a member (I am
currently searching for a purpose driven
church to worship with). Jesus was
content, the apostles were content, and
Paul was content, so why don’t Nigerian
pastors preach contentment?
Happy Sunday!

Is a natural thing, human can't be contemted with wealth, because d day u are contemted, d day u start deminshing.
Have you attended all d churches in nigeria or you have done your research b4 concluding that all pastor are not preaching contenment or you just wanted to criticise?

Are u contemted?
Politics / Two Nigeria Agents Jailed For Collecting Bribes by kunletech: 7:06am On Oct 07, 2012
Two anti-corruption agents in Nigeria
have been given five-year prison terms for
accepting bribes.
The Economic and Financial Crimes
Commission said its officers had been found
guilty of asking for about $630 (£390) from
a politician to stop a supposed investigation.
He informed the EFCC which organised a
sting operation to catch the agents.
The EFCC has faced criticism in its attempts
to tackle what some see as entrenched
high-level fraud in Nigeria.
Rights groups say the commission, set up in
2002 - three years after military rule, has
often been under the influence of
politicians.
In a statement, the EFCC said Douglas William
and Abba Ishaku were arrested in October
2010 after trying to bribe Kullima Kachalla,
the chairman of a local government
administration in Borno state.
The agents had told the politician they
would destroy documentation to launch an
alleged investigation into his
mismanagement of public funds.
During the sting operation, the court heard
how Mr Kachalla brought the money to the
EFCC's office in the capital, Abuja.
"It was in the course of the receipt of the
money that the two staff were arrested and
subsequently arraigned," the EFCC statement
said.
"In his ruling, Justice [Abubakar] Umar said
because the convicts have suffered enough
humiliation, their sentence should start from
the date of their arraignment," the
commission said.
BBC Nigeria correspondent Will Ross says
that, to many Nigerians this is yet another
case to prove that when it comes to
corruption, only relatively minor cases are
ever dealt with.
After all what is $630 compared to the
billions of dollars that are believed to have
been stolen in a fuel subsidy scam, he says.
Several fuel traders are due in court in
connection with the scam but once again
they are small players, our correspondent
notes.
