I understand your plight bros, i have pushed a lot of names to HCM and still following up on the invite. However, the most painful part is that, many people are just send their cv for fun and when they receive message for test, they will still be sending me pm that they can't come to lagos and if they can reschedule the test to their state of residence. People are jeopardizing my effort and i can't forward any cv to ruth again.

I have received a lot of mails this morning alone, i wouldn't know your own unless you give your name.

There is no issue here at all, people under Ruth are different from other contacts. if the test was successful, they will call you.

They told them to fill a form and were given a number to call the next day. when he called,he was asked to resend his cv through where he submitted it before that they will rescheduled to nextweek but no definite date yet.. im wondering how his gonna do that. please i"d be expecting your reply

Ruth {HCM} just confirmed to me that most of my candidate are not performing well at all, Some dropped during chat even before the test. The test is a kind of pre-interview before the CBT and if you fail to prove your self, you'll not be allowed to go for CBT. The performance of those that are coming on Monday will determine the fate of the rest people to be invited. Please prepare, don't be intimidated, have confidence during chat and most importantly dress smart.

Congratulations to those that just received messages for the chat/test. Please am not always happy for someone to be invited and later disqualified for some avoidable reasons. Dress smart and have the boldness in you, however, I wish you all best of luck on Monday and for other, just be hopeful because the process is in batches.

I don't know what to respond to your message since yesterday. I hope if you are being called and disqualified in the process of screening, you'll not tell HR that they are partial. Am doing all these at the detriment of the work am being paying for. I don't know anybody in this forum and if i should tell you what i go through in sending cv to HR, you will understand the stress better. What do you mean by personal data? Is it not during the screening that you bring personal identification? i.e birth certificate, drivers license etc. I've never heard that personal information will be added to a CV plus it is not the best practice.

Bros it's not possible. I don't just forward the cv the way you sent it to me, there a lot of thing i do from downloading before sending it to HR. Presently, people are still sending cv till now.

I received all cv sent to me but i treat base on first come first serve.
