Jobs/VacanciesRe: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by kvolander: 10:12am On Apr 22, 2010
@pepperyboy,
Thanks for that info.

We have not been invited for interview yet. Only trying to anticipate the likely questions to get us afoot.

Can you specifically give a list of the topics that are likely to be thrown to us to choose from during the CAPACITY section of the interview? I learnt this is usually the most challenging part in the first interview.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by kvolander: 12:03am On Apr 22, 2010
Hello guys,

Please, I learnt the most challenging part of the first interview process is the CAPACITY section where one is given a global issue related topic affecting the Industry.
For those of you that are through with the whole process, can you give a list of all the possible topics in question? That will greatly be appreciated.

Na beg i take beg una.

Thanks in anticipation for your rapid responses.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by kvolander: 10:42pm On Apr 14, 2010
@teejan,
Quick questions:
1) Do you mean applicants with MSc will be exempted from the SITP?What if they don't have experience?I need to be sure of this.
2) Does it include MSc in petroleum as well? because you mentioned offshore engineering MSc.
If (2) is true, then I strongly believe much will be expected from us in the interviews.

Thanks for the info.

@tjcrown,
Please, we don't want you to leave.You've been a great guy here. Bear with teejan, I believe he'll let you know if anything comes up. There has to be info before he can say something about HR/Finance.
Bikonu.
Cheers bro.

guys it seems they have stopped shortlisting for this opportunity because they need just 30pple to complete the class,the other qualified candidates would be considered for the next stream of grad recruitment.I think interviews would be held in May and by June we would get letters for medicals nd by july offer letters and Edjeba.I was at the HR today nd it was just too dull.Guys with offshore Msc dont do SITP,so 4get the UK guys they are hired straight.
