Hello ladies@am so glad I stumbled on dis thread. Am a FTM. My Dd of 2 wks has rashes on her body and bumbum. I use Chico product all through for her. After bathing her I use chco powder and rub all over her body. Is dia a beta option for me cos dis rashes comes and goes..
ANODA problem is my breast milk flow... how do I know am producing enough breast milk for my baby as I dnt use breast pad cos my bras dnt soak with milk. I have to press my breast hard for milk to come out from d tip for me to know d breast she will suck on..
I do take tea, pap, Palm wine.evn stout self(dey say it increases milk production. )any oda idea will be appreciated.

By  5 pm dey checked me I was  8cm dilated. D nurse now told me dat latest by6:30pm I for done born. Dat am doing well...  6:30 pm no show I was still contracting  and in great pain. I told d nurse dat she is a liar why did she tell  wrong time.. dey checked baby&apos;s heartbeat she was ok...  Dat am doing well. <br>
    It was den dat I started  shouting,  telling dem to call doctor for me ( no be doing well I go chop).. doctor came in I started begging him dat I want to do cs or dey should use epidural on me.. doctor said dey can&apos;t use epidural dat I should have requested for it earlier on so dey make arrangement for an anaesthetic.... he now said he is going outside to make arrangement for the cs ( which I later noticed he didnt)..  fast forward to 8:15pm I started shouting dat I want to poo.. dey told me to poo once I feel like.. so once d contraction started I tried pooing,  d nurse now checked only for her to see my DD head.. called doctor immediately. He told me once contraction start I should push wit all my strenght like someone dat has constipation... <br>

As d contraction started I tried pushing bt I now forgot wat pushing was... I was breathing in instead of pushing.. d doctor started shredding Me telling me dat am d one delaying my baby from coming out.. immediately I heard dat word! It was like a stimulant to me.. as d next contraction started, come see pushing.. My DD came out by 8;40, 31 st of Oct weighing 3. 9kg.. At that moment I saw her, I just couldn&apos;t hold d tears again.. d memory can neva be forgotten. All d pains gone...

Contraction started on 29oct by 11pm... I endured all nite cos it wasn&apos;t continuous. Den in d morning by 6am 30 Oct, it became continuous, 5min apart... I told my DH, we now headed to d hospital. On getting to d hospital I was checked and I was 2cm dilated.. due to d contraction was continuous I was asked NT  to leave again dat I can give birth at any time. Dat was wen I started stairs climbing hoping dat latest by 8 pm I for done born but for where?.. dey checked me again by 8 pm i was 3pm dilated... i felt like fainting. Ontop d pain just 3cm?... ok. All through d nite I didn&apos;t sleep, contraction was still constant(5mins apart)... in d morning I told d nurse to check me, she did I was still in d 5cm... fast forward to 2pm, dey checked me I was still in d same place (5cm dilated)... doctor now said dey have to use drip on me. I neva knew I was abt  to be induced... around 3pm  Dat was wen I started seeing d stars.. d pain was outta dis world..d contraction was now 2mins apart.. I was pulling my hair,  calling on God, their is no name I didn&apos;t call.. dey told my DH to come in Maybe he will console me.... for where?..DH evn tried kissing me, I warned him seriously neva to try dat again, dat it was d outcome of dat kiss dat brought abt d pain.. #lol #

Baby Marie is here.. she made her entrance @8:45, Oct 31st thru VD.baby weighing 3. 9. . it was nt easy being in Labour for 2days.. By God surely knows how to finish his work. Am a full fledged mother now....

My dear apply for your leave on dat 17th or 20th.. if yuh born before dat day den go minus am from your rem days... it's beta dat way Dan taking leave and staying at home. Staying at home prolongs contractions. Yuh will be thinking a lot and before yuh know it YUH have spent some weeks of your maternity leave staying at home. Wen baby now comes yuh will now spend less months with your LO. Talking from experience

I was nt able to travel again cos of those complications I had.. I intend travelling first as visiting. Den my next baby hopefully will be there.

There is Dr. M.....u of St. F hospital in California. you know how I found out about him? There's this thread on Nairaland where women share their experiences on childbirth in US, cost and procedures. And there has been a lot of talk about California being very cheap.
Maybe you should look for it and read through it.

D name of d drugs am taking is pronatal (dats wat dey labelled as d drug name) and also calcuim.... @mamma lovinam I will try d lucozade.. is it like lucozade boost?. Although d one I do take is Ribena.. I can take it like mad. I hope it has no effect on lo.

Dear is it d pelvic scan dat yuh did or tvs?. Cos my doc was saying am seven weeks gone but after I now went to a lab dey did tvs and d sonographer concluded dat am 6weeks gone. Sometimes pelvic scan may nt detect d foetal sac wen its early. It can only see d gestational sac.

In other news I went for my 6th week scan yesterday and doc said he can only see a small gestational sac dat I shld come back in two wks time to knw if d preg is viable. He even said he won't prescribe pregestrone for me again but I convinced him before I could buy cyclogest yesterday bcaus dey don't have d pill have been using again in dere pharmacy. All am doing now is to thank God for d sac and I knw other parts wil join by d time I do d next scan IJN. Pls any mama dat has experience on dis issue shld pls share with me. I didn't realy get plenty response on preg thread.

Have finally come to announce my BFP.. for two solid years I was ttc all to no avail.I cried, so frustrated but God finally wiped my tears.. have also gone for the scan (tvs)and dey saw my LO. God is too faithful to fail.!! And dis shall be each and anyone of us experience in Jesus name.. Amen!

On what I did differently I used,.. I did hsg October last year. Immediately after it I started seeing my ovulation for the first time in 2years. I also was having recurrent staph and candida infection.. I used clean point tampon, went for test and no candida was seen. A pharm friend advised me abt foreva living product(she says it cleanses the syst. Of infection. )have even finished the foreva gel, was on the echinacea and garlic wen I noticed I missed my period... anoda most important tin is dat I ensured I i put all my pregnant friends in prayers. I also continued speaking to my womb...

Sprinkling baby dust to my fruitful mama's... Dis is our year! Oh yes!

My updated: I have been going to hospital (Lagoon) almost every week doing one test or the orda. My appointment with the gynae was meant to be 2nd week in Dec, but I couldn't wait cos I started seeing blood ( don't kw weda na my period) from 13th of Nov up till now am still seeing it and the gynae that I saw said to run more test like BETA HCG and transviginal scan (I dey fear that one o ) cos the previous beta HCG test that I did is still high and it is not suppose to be increasing after the miscarriage, so the doctor don't kw y it is still going up while it is meant to drop by now. And I have not been sex*ully active @ all. God will help me in all Dis.

I saw one Ijew woman @ Ajah area number and I called her last week and she gave me direction on how to get to her bus/stop which I went and she check me that I have fibroid and she will set my womb for me.

I am suppose to go back to the mama but I can't cos I want to use this my Exams period to treat staph infection and dat is what I am doing now at the same time try to make out time to do the transviginal scan .
DH said to finish with the gynae for now b4 facing herbal and that is what I intend to do for now. I have not bn myself @ all. @ times I ask God who did I offend that is punishing me like this? Cos I don't even kw what to do again. Can't even read for my exams self, na God go help me o.

Have being treating dis prolactin tin before I now noticed d infection.. Will continue to treat d prolactin alongside infection... thanks dear. It will surely end in praise.

@kwentjules,the high prolactin drug was it prescribed by your physician?I think it's okay to treat infection alongside cos in most cases treatment for high prolactin level could take up to 3 mmonths.As per folic acid,it can be taken daily(one tablet)

treating high prolactin alongside infection... I and DH is currently treating infection but am thinking of taking high prolactin drug.. Is it ok?..
Also wen is it advisable for me to be taking d folic acid. My last cycle I took it during my 2ww den stopped once AF showed face.

Yuh know wen yuh are ttc when yuh write all d info yuh get about fertility in a memo book(on d fone).. lol.
