Create an agency responsible for internal auditing of every agency and thier finances, to ensure no one is stealing funds meant for the public, you can't be wealthier than you earn, nor can you have autonomy over money and properties you can't explain, the auditing and monitoring will be constant, every year you report your earnings and assets.

Cut down on the earnings and allowances of government, infact reduce government spending, cut allowances, reduce thier unnecessary convoys, trips, staff, salaries etc.

Create a state police, every state would have thier own police, with thier own laws that applies to them alone, you can't understand a state more than the indigenous people, they make thier own police state laws that will apply to them alone, like what they allow and don't allow, especially the right to own guns, and out of that state police a group of local vigilante and hunters that knows the terrains will be trained and employed to tackle issues that requires tracking especially in the kidnapping of people.

Create a database of every Nigerian, once born you're entered into this database, whenever you create a bank account, register a sim, get arrested, commit a crime, participate in a census, vote, its recorded there, to leave or enter the country you must be in that database, if you don't exist there you're an illegal citizen, everyone is also mandated to have an id card with a citizen identity number that would instantly pull up your record when entered.

Scrap jamb entirely and come up with a scheme meant to empower graduates when they're out of school, give you seed money that is am extension of your student loan to help you set something up and hold you accountable to make sure you use the money for its intended purpose.

Set up a committee meant to regulate prices in the country so greedy people won't just inflate prices when they want and when prices go up they bring it down.

Heavily invest in farming, create huge farms in every state in the country, and by farm i mean poultry, fish ponds, orchards, cash crops, spanning several hectares and owned by the government, every employee on those farms are paid by the government, and the product from those farms are processed and sold at subsidized rate, say rice is 70k the farm should be able to sell lower due to the use of mechanized farming, fertilizers, anything meant to reduce production cost therefore reducing price of product and employing thousands of people, since its heavily guarded bandits won't go and chase farmers away

Create agencies for most basic amenities, agencies responsible for maintaining roads and collecting tows, garbage people who also collect fees, transportation agencies with thousands of electric buses, water etc

Invest heavily on power generation, utilizing solar in the north, hydro in places with much water, and nuclear in advanced states like lagos, this would solve our power problems

Ensure clear separation of power between the arms of the government, not the current corrupt system we have where a powerful person is a godfather and he has rights to interfere in other people's business because he's oga at the top

Improve our system of voting, everyone can monitor the votes live, and votes are transmitted instantly, biuld a system where everything unusual is flagged and rejected, fake votes are instantly recognized especially when the voter doesn't exist in the national database.

Make sharing of rice and other gifts an offence, infact it should be considered bribery especially by a political candidate during elections, if you must share whatever don't do it during campaign and have a clear reason why you're sharing whatever

Ensure we don't negotiate with terrorists, they'll be no reintegration into society, kidnapping, terrorism and banditry earns you a death sentence without the option of clemency, once caught its over, you're not getting a court hearing

As a political office holder you're not allowed to have assets in other countries especially while in office, you must declare everything and if you're caught in any case of corruption you'll forfeit everything to Nigeria.

Build houses in so many places and put them up for sale with flexible payments spread over years, invite foreign companies to do that and set up mortgage, that would solve the housing crisis

Invent a loaning system, with advanced credit scores for salary earners, which gives people the opportunity to own cars, houses etc

Before seeking reelection into office you must step down, so you don't use your power as an elected official to influence people nor throw your position around in order to win the election

Reduce the age you have to be to come out for any position, infact old people won't be allowed to rule again, once you're above 65 you're not qualified to run for office and you can't have more than two terms.
