The people I quoted claimed Buhari was a fraudulent liar for claiming that presidency budget was reduced whrn in fact, the presidency budget was increased. I simply threw a queztion to them to point out where the president mentioned that presidency budget was reduced. You then responded by saying the president kept quiet about the increase in presidency budget; maybe you should have been more attentive, cos you obviously changed the argument to another issue.

The president did not ask the NASS to alter the budget, and the president reserves the right to be disappointed by the NASS for adding over 6000 mushroom useless projects to the budget costing over N800billion even whilst they cut out valuable sums from key capital projects.

I see your desperation to also ascribe some blame to the president as is always the case in everything in Nigeria, but that attempt is dead on arrival and laughable. Once again, the president did not ask the NASS to add any kobo to presidency's budget.

The mushrooms projects complained about are added to Ministries budget and MDA.

What was the total cost to Nigeria? Replacing with the metal hose to me is a must for all 2GR Fe engine with rubber hose.

Was lucky to notice the oil leakage on my 2008 Toyota Sienna,the hose failed on my way home. The rate the oil was gushing out of the failed hose, I doubt it the engine would have lasted the next 3 minutes.

I actually replaced with another rubber hose, where can I purchase the metal hose here in Lagos?

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has said that the revelation by United States President Donald Trump that Nigeria gets $1billion grants from US is shocking.

PDP also mocks President Muhammadu Buhari’s performance at the meeting with US President as embarrassing as he completely failed to project the economic interests of our nation before the American government and the world.

In a statement by National Publicity Secretary, Kola Ologbondiyan, PDP said, “More disturbing is the revelation by President Trump that the US has been supporting Nigeria with the sum of $1billion annually whereas President Buhari, in his script, announced that Nigeria received only $500million last year. “We had expected President Buhari, as the ‘African Champion on Anti-Corruption’, to immediately respond to President Trump on the whereabouts of the shortfall of $500millio.”

PDP said it was alarming that President Buhari buckled in bilateral negotiation and failed to address the issue of the drop in the US purchase of Nigeria crude oil, which is the main stay of economy.”Nigerians and the business community were aghast when President Buhari could not market our crude oil to his American counterpart even when in the course of question and answer session, a leeway was provided for him, he off-handedly declared that he cannot “tell America what to do”.

“Also, President Buhari had no answers to President Trump’s stance that the US has not been investing substantially in Nigeria owing to unconducive economic climate under his administration, further confirming the stand of the PDP that the All Progressives Congress (APC) is running a moribund economy.

“It is also inexcusable that President Buhari had no answers to the security situation of daily bloodletting and mass killings in Nigeria, which President Trump described as “horrible”. Instead, he restricted himself to his script, which was silent on the issue. By this, the American government has summarily indicted President Buhari government on its failure to ensure security of lives and property of citizens.

“On the whole, the visit surmises photo-ops of President Buhari in the White House in a bilateral session where President Trump was committed to marketing the US to the most populous black nation”, PDP stated
