I dislike Game of thrones and I don't like series like that. Even Suits. Lost interest along the line. If you watched 24 and Modern family, you will get what am saying. Quite interesting and intriguing that you want to know what happened next.

this happens to nice guys all the time, they dedicate too much time and way too much effort while their friends don't do much of anything at all.

even when their friends or partner do what the find uncomfortable. But instead of saying something, nice guys let their friends or partner get away with it.

the Truth is this lopsided relationship isn't doing anyone any favors and it definitely doesn't build stronger bonds.

you see you need mutual investment to create trust every relationship should be a two- way street not just one person doing the work most of the time..

majority of nice Guys realize that something's wrong with their relationship isn't going any far but they just don't do anything or say anything but just keep on going .

they act like is okay to inconvenience themselves as long as it does not affect their friends on the surface. it seems like they're doing the right thing but deep down they're actually damaging the relationship .

So aren't the pious Christian women of today also supposed to follow this example and call their husbands their master?

It is good that the New Testament teaches that a wife should obey her husband but you can kind of get the impression that it takes it a little bit too far...

Ephesians 5:22-24
Wives, submit to your husbands as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior. Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything.

The wife should submit to their husbands in EVERYTHING? Isn't that a little bit too extreme? Paul is saying that the wife should submit to the husband as the Church does to Christ. Now since Christians believe that Christ is God does that mean that the wife should obey her husband as if she is obeying God and give him the same rights? The verse clearly states that the wife's submission to her husband should be as one's submission to God and we all know that this is unconditional submission.

Christians might argue back that a wife doesn't have to obey her husband if he orders her to commit a sin against God, for God would never order such a thing. Fine, but what if the husband orders his wife to do something that might be injurious to her health? If God ordered it, she would have to do it, for God has given the woman her body and she has to submit to Him. This also means that she would have to obey her husband since she must submit herself to her husband's orders as if God Himself were issuing them.
