I hate this type of argument for at least 2 reasons
1. We make it difficult to be objective about issues. Because all efforts would be directed at protecting "our own", no matter how corrupt or incompetent
2. If this gloating ("e day pain you" is any good, then nobody has any reason to complain about marginalisation. It means the person who was complaining was really bitter about is that he/she does not believe in fairness/balance and is onnly complaining because he/she is NOT THE ONE marginalising others. So we have a perpetually jostle for marginalisation of others
