Singing......**** It shall be permanent 2x,what the Lord has done for me e, it shall be permanent.***** I know by now, some of my teamies will be like "Is LadyMessi not team November again or has she port to May" my Dear teamies am still with you o, just that I feel like those team may that has delivered. I entered my second trimester today o, but since yesterday I have been feeling as if so much burden have taken away from me. I could remember my first trimester, I felt as if I was going to die. There's no type of early pregnancy symptoms that I didn't experience, ranging from tiredness, dizziness, vomiting, heartburn, backpain, loss of appetite, spitting, low BP, malaria, typhoid, hook worm, to the ones I can't remember for now. And to worsen the whole thing, there were all happening @ same time. But as God may have it, most of them have disappeared. Remaining only spitting and back pain but with time I will get over it. November Mama's, let's not forget our drugs o.
Folic acid, ferrous, calcium, bco, multivitamin. - they r very Very VERY important.

Also note that this is d time to take protein as your baby is developing all muscles needed.
Your baby would be using all the protein u provide now.
I would advise u eat atleast One Boiled egg a day -hard boiled.
If u can do milk too, please do.
Meat, fish, chicken, Turkey beans and any protein u think of is a must.

Also note that we need foods rich in iodine now as babys thyroid gland is beginning to develop and function.

Modified: Just saw your response. If you last saw your period Feb 11th then you should be 10weeks pregnant and your due date is November 17th.

Thanks everyone for your response, I appreciate, your responses have really help me. Although the experience have not been really fun, always feeling weak, tired, dizzy, lost of apatite, vomiting, heartburn, backpain restlessness. This has really changed my mood, am always scared and at times result to crying. I just pray that God will see me through.

How many of us are here sef? @ lady Messi you calculate your pregnancy in weeks starting from the first day of your last period which must have been ending of february ure a must be a december mama.
