on average private private primarimary schools are better but public secondary schools are better because private primary school teachers have more time for every student as a reault of few studes in each class. But most of the private secondary school students believe that wether they read or not pass is sure and expo is waiting for them in SSCE. while in public secondary secondry schools you are on your own, that is why most of the public school students oerform better during competition and in higher institutions
