yes you are right. Halal means acceptable(not forbiden). Arabic is written there because chickichicki is so in different countries arab countries inclusive. If Halal is not written in any product, it means not acceptad materials in islam such as dog, puck, alcohol, etc is there so the product is not allowed to many arab countries such as saudi, egypt, Iran, UAE, etc. That's the reason for the halal there.
