I'm not a staff of the commission sir/ma, thus kwara state is completely out of my reach in terms of linking you up with a staff. But i have folks as staff here in the FCT. Moveover, i also made some corrections on my name on the slip before i could apply for the same issue on my International passport. Usually, it takes 1-2 working days to get the new slip with the correct details. Very sorry if you can't make it to the FCT. Peace sir/ma.
