The reason why Nigeria does not have a working Refinery is because of EMEKA OFFOR. Mr TAM (Turn Around Maintenance) that allowed the nations refinery to run aground. EMEKA OFFOR should be dining with demons in hell with a pitch-fork up his behind. but guess what, the same nation he impoverished will stand solidly behind him and call him a hero, give him a welcome only fit for a god and give their very lives in a flash. He has been in the most controversies bordering on unethical and corrupt practices in Nigeria's oil sector. when you have got money in Nigeria, you own people's lives not even God can contend for it with you.

I think there is absolutely nothing Economically, Politically and Constitutionally wrong if a States decides to leverage on its internal resources to generate revenue. Lagos is perhaps the most populated, economically viable state in Nigeria. it is fast-growing and needs more than a handful from the FG to sustain this growth. it needs to start looking at other sources that it can maximize to sustain this growth otherwise it will collapse under its own weight.
