No need to address the thread publicly on the box. All the people with items are in contact with me almost on a daily basis. There were people not affected by this incident who came to the thread to say I was lying-but I thank the God of Heaven that not only is the shipper here on Nairaland-he came here to confirm all what I had previously said.

yes boss, I understand...but I feel terrible anytime I recall the bashing lagtech went through the past 2weeks, its not easy being bashed from different angles by different people even those that weren't supposed to say a word all unleashed terror on him. My items has been declared missing for 21days now and its worth a lot of money, each time I wanna bash him I recall the good times, he has shipped items for me free of charge, there was an occasion I purchased a heavy item from ebay, but I ran outta cash, d item stayed with him for more than a month until I was able to pay for the shipping, if it was shippyme or other consolidated services, the will charge for ground costs.. Seriously, if I was to be him, I would have closed down dis period of tribulations, but am glad he deemed it fit to remain in business and even bounce back better. I was overwhelmed when he stated that he is waiting for his licence to be a shipping agent. This time around, items will ship faster, he won't have to forward to texas or another state for onward shipping to Naija...All he needs is encouragement and patience and not bashing from people. Its not easy over seeing hundreds of orders a week. He is human and not a Robot..

You bought the item yourself on Ebay-battery life should be an issue between you and your seller. When you order something online to be shipped to Nigeria-the practice of every other importer on Nairaland is to just forward your item to Nigeria. Checking items for customers for people is a bonus service we do our best to render. The case is different if we are the ones who purchased it for you. I checked your mini and posted pictures of it on Nairaland-and I confirmed that it turned on.

What phone or computer are you using?
Type whatismyip.com into your browser and see what country it lists you as.
I used glo bb in Nigeria with Craigslist and had no issue.

BlackFriday Update

We have secured some unbelievable low priced laptops and phones-both brand new and used for Black Friday. A few will be shipped via our Express service-they will leave the US on Friday Nov 28th and land on Saturday Nov 29th. Those in Ikeja can pick up that evening -all others on Monday December 1st. The rest will land on Saturday December the 6th.


To all customers and visitors to this thread-our business Lagtech has been experiencing several shipping disappointments-which has made business tougher than usual-but if anyone tells you that we are no longer in business-please forget that-we are IN BUSINESS, DOING BUSINESS AND BRINGING BUSINESS everyday and coming back stronger than before. We are even in the process of getting our shipping license-so that we can not only ship direct-but charge customers less for shipping.

I thank all our faithful and loyal customers who even though their items have been delayed-have not once come to label us as scammers or fraudsters. As you stood by us and trusted us-so you will find support too when you need it. We have delivered over 5 million naira worth of items to people since March 23rd. There is not a single customer that we have not gone the extra mile for-whether its getting them a laptop worth 35k for just 10k or driving long distances to get their choiced item on Craigslist.

I have no problem with people making complaints-but when the complaints border on insults and threats-then we are capable of returning 7 for 1. Why would someone who has not sent an email in 2 weeks -post four complaints on the thread in the week. What is the purpose of the complaint? Who is it being directed to?

As of today-we are being owed over 1.1 Million by different customers from the person who collected a Bold Phone in June and refused to pay his 3k balance to the person for whom we shipped 25 laptops and is still owing over N130,000. Not one of them can say we have ever been rude to them or called them names. Even the guy owing 3k-my last comment to him was on another thread where I saw him making orders of 100k and I simply asked him to please get back to him.

Someone is on the thread saying he is collecting names of people with orders of 50k-who have not collected their items. Let him please also collect our balance from those who owe.

If you ordered an item-it will be delivered: We have delivered over 900 items to different people in the last 7 months.
If you have a refunding pending-we will pay it. We have paid over N790,000 in refunds.

We don't scam people.

People who want to build a billion naira business don't scam people.

Accuses of slow shipping. Accuses us of changing dates for pick ups. Maybe that's our bad side and we are working on it.

But also note that we provide laptop prices lower than almost anywhere in the world. We also go the extra mile for our customers.

When I ordered a dell d620 motherboard for you from ebay and shipped free to Naija-did we defraud you then?

When you pleaded with me that your sister had taken your laptop and you needed a mini laptop for just 10k and I got you for that 10k -10 inch with 2gb ram -that we could have sold for 30k did we defraud you then?

When you collected a near mint HP laptop with webcam for 24k (that we normally sell for 40k) did we defraud you then?

Your refund has been with the agent in Lagos for 4 months now. You refused to collect it-saying you preferred a dual core laptop for 10k. I specifically told you that all the orders of May 28th had issues-we replaced items for those we could replace and refunded those we could not replace. You refused to collect a refund -saying you wanted the laptop even after I explained to you that the May 28th offer was a promo and getting a dual core laptop for 10k including 7k for shipping would be tough and would take time.

Well Lagtech claimed he sent Five boxes to Chinoxl for onward delivery to Nigeria, and four boxes where delivered and one box is no where to be found (This contains a lot of my items) and my chat with him he said Chinoxl still said he didn't get the box (Confusing) I don't Think USPS will just hide or seize nor handle an insured box carelessly..... What i want to know is that Lagtech must provide all my items before this month end.... Seems Lagtech is taking us for granted..... After my China shipping which is going to his address in few weeks time....My services with him is terminated till he improves on his services.... And want to know if any of y'all has asked Chinoxl about this missing mystery box?

And what bother me most is that my items I bought recently arrives before the old items... I just don't know what's really wrong.... I think this shipper delaying items which Lagtech claims to be telling us is just a myth.... cos I can't see why other people ships their items from US and get it in 8hrs and even in days...
