With Customs embargo called off-pick up should start by weekend or Monday. Patience will be required as there are about 3 weeks worth of items waiting to be cleared. Everyone will get their items.

Fraud Alert
A Nairaland emailed me today saying he had been scammed. I asked him for further details-but he has not replied. I was suprised because this nairalander -had contacted me by email to first ask questions -then told me today that he had gotten my messages from my "other email address" I will not and do not confuse people with different email addresses. The only official email address that we use to do business is on Page 1 of the thread.
Please dont be scammed. When you pay money to someone you can see-you do your due diligence and cross check facts. What more when the person you are paying to-you dont see and is thousands of miles away on a computer?

You can get many of those on ebay from about $39 up. Most tabs sold in stores in the US do not come with sim card capability as there is wireless everywhere.

I think Jimmy has an item with him. Others will be picked up between this week and next week with the NAHCO embargo called off.

All our 4 shippers go through NAHCO/customs -items we shipped 3 to 4 weeks ago have not been delivered. I am told that there is a customs embargo at the airport-as soon as it is ended-items will be released within a day or two.
Only USPS and hand delivery dont go through that process-thats why there will be some pick ups today.

Almost every item ordered has been shipped to Nigeria and most are already in Lagos awaiting pick up.

If you have a refund to collect please be patient-we have paid almost 400k in refunds in the last few weeks and anyone with any pending refund will be paid.

Customs n clearing agents ve been @ loggerheads for close to 3wks thus a lot of goods re held up@d airport...hopefully they shud resume work tuesday. I've got almost 200k worth of items stuck for 2wks plus(not via lagtech).

Thanks for the information. The 2 days you mentioned are Saturday and Sunday. Thats the weekend after Thanksgiving. Despite that in that period-I have replied over 120 messages via BBM and Email. I use the thread to post updates and pick ups for people who want to see the pictures of what they purchased. If I have no update to post on the thread-I wont post on the thread.

For the last 4 days-you have been asking me to pick up Apple laptops for you. The Apple laptops are both almost 80k in total. I explained that I dont have funds to do that immediately-unless you pay it yourself. Beside that the location of your items is over 2 hours drive to and fro. Right now-not only is the temperature below minus 10 degrees centigrade, the roads are icy. I cant drive that far in those conditions at this time. If I had picked up those laptops for you-would you call me wicked? Would you have posted the above?

Some black Friday items just shipped this afternoon and will land tomorrow evening. Pick up is planned for Monday.
There are many items already on ground in Nigeria-pick up is expected as early as Saturday -at most 1 day after the Customs issue is resolved.
Owners will be contacted. There are some we are not sure of yet-but we will know by Monday.

You assume I ignored it -because you assumed I saw your message. Dont send important messages to me on the thread-I may not see it-send an email. I come to the thread to post updates-there are even some customers who dont want their items posted on the thread-so there are days when I dont even come to the thread. I havnt received any email or message from you in about 3 weeks. Almost 140 messages were replied Thursday and Friday-I reply all emails and messages. Send any important message by email. All points you mentioned: sea shipping, minis-I have given answers multiple times.

Some items scheduled for pick up are already confirmed to be in Lagos-waiting for pick up call from Shipper.

We are using a special service to ship SOME Black Friday items tomorrow Friday and God willing they will land on Saturday. Pick up for some may be Saturday-but most Monday to allow for sorting out.

There are 3 Laptops we are selling on behalf of one of our agents. They will ship on Friday too and land Saturday. There will be no delays on these. Pick up likely Monday as flight will arrive Saturday evening. If interested-please send me an email using the email on Page 1 of the thread and make payment before 10am Friday.

No-i dont think it will be picked up on Friday-but they are all mostly similar-just different brands. If you find a good deal Black Friday that can land for less than 40k go for it.

I did not know there was a customs or NAHCO strike-so there may be a few days delay on most promised dates. But we still have some arrivals this Saturday through our fast courier service which is available once in a while.

The best deals are always in the stores. For example -Walmart has about 20 stores in the Twin Cities-the best deals are only for the first 10 people in the store. But everyone else can still get good deals till 12 midday on Friday or around that time.

But the Monday after Black Friday (Monday December 1st this year) is Cyber Monday-where there is an online version for Black Friday.
