Because left to laymen, innocent people will be getting jail sentences anyhow.

if it's nebosh you want be prepared to wait extra 3months cos it takes over two months for the result to come out give or take lectures plus exams plus certificate should take you around 3 or more months to complete, the AutoCAD, I don't think it would take that long, plus when do you plan on moving?
