Why should only one section be entertained by the OP's innane drivel? Be patient. After a week here, the mods can send the thread to Politics, then to Autos. It can continue making the rounds until it's finally banished to the Jokes section. Leave the mods. If they annoy the chimps, then we won't get to see them change their third-hand $2 streetwalker clothes every couple of days. Just enjoy the thread. I did. Thanks for making us laugh. jennykadry: |

Odunnu: no be me talk am o. oamaja and point b, you both should be shot and fed to pigs for derailing this thread to waste our time having to see your long replies to crazyjunkie. are you new to this forum? utter rubbish! so the polls are still open till dec 11th? onlytruth or andre? andre or onlytruth? hmmm. i may choose a write-in candidate to fill that 5th spot. there was supposed to be 5 candidates anyway. |
Politics / Re: Eze Ndi Igbo Nairaland Election (voting In Progress: ) by lailaiwala: 4:03am On Dec 07, 2011 |
PointB: you want to add another sequel before the season finale? anyway, what was wrong with adding this poll in the original very lively, fun and awesome thread? commissioner is just killing the mood, mehn. where is everybody? btw, there's no way to see current standing without voting? hmmm. very smart. "secret ballot." that way no idea how much ballot stuffing in needed. it's not tamperproof however. |

damn! i didn't think it was possible to despise kobofreakingjunkie any more than i already do. always sneaking to the complaints thread like a RATFINK! *vomit* i'm considering onlytruth and andreuweh. i would automatically go for andre because he is a traditionalist as well a cultured fella. if not for some of his outrageous abusive vulgar and obscene language when provoked. and i don't mean he says "freaking" or "despised." i've not considered high chief or odumchi at all. sorry. still thinking. there is time. Maybe a write-in candidate (okija- ). sorry about before, ify. |

PointB: amongst the petitioners above are: okija*juju, who probably just recently joined nld high-chief, who already seconded onlytruth's nomination, only to turn around and declare his own candidacy otunne, who's this guy? relax101, a known troublemaker, even though i thoroughly enjoyed the war dance videos he posted and then the commish made up that yeye rule about the nominees not accepting their nomination. just so he can force out ezeuche and dede1, and squeeze in his friends ODUMCHI and HIGH CHIEF), who both declared their support for other nominees before declaring their own candidacy. i can't wait to see what happens next. |
Politics / Re: Can We Have Eze Ndi Igbo Nairaland? by lailaiwala: 1:27pm On Dec 06, 2011 |
PointB: SIR, ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND, SIR?! I CAN'T EVEN CALL YOU COMMISSIONER BECAUSE CALLING YOU A COMM. . . IS AN INSULT TO THE OFFICE OF ANY COMMISSION OR COMMISSIONER IN ANY CORNER OF THE WORLD! EVEN A TINY DIRT POOR VILLAGE COMMISSIONER!!! YOU CHEAT! YOU LOUSE!! YOU FAKER!!! I LEAVE FOR A FEW HOURS AND YOU SHOW YOUR TRUE COLORS. ABSOLUTE POWER CORRUPTS ABSOLUTELY! WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?! YOU SUCK! THERE IS NO RULE IN ANY BYLAWS ANYWHERE THAT ALLOWS YOU TO ARBITRARILY DISQUALIFY A PROMISING CANDIDATE SUCH AS OKIJA-JUJU, OR A POPULAR CANDIDATE SUCH AS ANDREUWEH, SIMPLY BECAUSE HE "DID NOT CAMPAIGN" OR "CAME TO ACCEPT HIS NOMINATION." I AM SO FURIOUS RIGHT NOW. DO NOT MAKE ME REVEAL MY REAL IDENTITY O. YOU WILL PEE YOUR PANTS IF YOU KNOW WHO I AM AND THAT I AM EMINENTLY MORE QUALIFIED THAN YOUR USELESS YEYE COMMISSIONER SELF TO RUN THIS ELECTION PROCESS! I TOOK A STEP BACK BECAUSE I THOUGHT EVERYTHING WAS NOW SET AND IN MOTION FOR A GOOD CLEAN ELECTION WHERE THE VOTERS WILL CHOOSE THE BEST MAN FOR THE JOB AND MAKE NDIGBO NAIRALAND PROUD. AND I WAKE UP TO THIS?! THE TOP 5 VOTE-GETTERS DESERVE TO RUN AND BE CHOSEN BY VOTERS. GOOD DECISION ON ASHA80 THOUGH BECAUSE HE ACTIVELY AND VERBALLY RIDICULED THE PROCESS. SO, BECAUSE DAYOKANU AND HIS BAND OF OPC WARRIORS CAME TO DAGBARU THE ELECTION, IT NOW MEANS WE CHANGE COURSE?? YOU THINK THAT IS BAD? NO, THAT IS CHILDS PLAY. YOU OBVIOUSLY DON'T HAVE THE STOMACH FOR A KNOCK DOWN DRAG OUT FIGHT TO THE DEATH ELECTION PROCESS. ONCE AGAIN, I REPEAT, YOU SEEM OVERWHELMED AND EXHAUSTED. A NICE LONG REST WILL DO YOU SOME GOOD. LET SOMEONE ELSE TAKE THE REINS OF THIS ELECTION. I NOMINATE MYSELF AS THE NEW AND IMPROVED "ELECTORAL COMMISSIONER." **I KNEW I SHOULD HAVE SENT THAT CALABASH OT PARROT'S EGG, BUT THE YEYE MAN THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO SEND HIM A CALABASH OF PALM WINE. CAN YOU IMAGINE SUCH A THING? FOOLISH NAIJA DIASPORAN!** Hello, my people. Anyone who feels the Commish should be disqualified, please lets hear your voice before Wednesday, which is when I think the voting takes place. Who knows, he may have changed it again without consulting with anyone. Come on, my people, let's do this thang! Please do not let my 15% igbo blood be a liability. My 50% royal blood and 35% warrior blood makes me the perfect person to run this tough and challenging election and to control the unruly Nairaland gangs, including THE TYRANT POINTB. P.S. Scanning his later posts, I think he corrected some of his ruling. I will make another post shortly after I fully understand where we are. I think the last time I checked, the top vote-getters were 1) Onlytruth, 2) AndreUweh, 3) Ezeuche, 4) OkijaJuju and 5) Dede1. |
Politics / Re: Can We Have Eze Ndi Igbo Nairaland? by lailaiwala: 11:10pm On Dec 05, 2011 |
9ja_I_hail: interesting viewpoint. hey, commish! i move that the voting be open to igbos only. u can confirm that from their monikers. maybe you won't be able to do a poll, but instead they would have to vote by posting a message here. if the motion carries, my 15% igbo blood likely won't be enough for me to cast a vote. that's all right though. it's all in your hands, commish. i'll be watching from a distance. have a good election, y'all. |

PointB: commissioner, don't worry. it ain't gonna be no libation nothing. it's gonna be a special hard to get birds' eggs. you sabi that one? ifyalways: Only Igbos nominate or you and your thread wud be thrown into recycle bin.QED. powerful! powerful! we should have put a woman in charge all along. i told them. but did they listen? SMH. odumchi: asha has 3-4 votes but has ridiculed this democratic process. go back to the 1st few pages and see who nominated him and hustle for their support. you have 1.5 hours left. move move! 1.5hours. is that right, commish? - i am so confused. |
Politics / Re: Can We Have Eze Ndi Igbo Nairaland? by lailaiwala: 9:49pm On Dec 05, 2011 |
asha 80: i move that all those who supported this spoilsport's nomination rescind it and transfer their support to someone who might need and appreciate it. PointB: commissioner pointb! since there will be 5 contestants, does the winner need to attain 50% of the votes? will there be a run-off between the 2 top vote-getters? (please dear god, no!) *commissioner probably hasn't thought that far ahead. i can't believe i'm not in charge of this!* also, you sound tired and in need of a long rest. i shall be sending you a calabash of some bird's eggs. never mind what kind of bird. |

commissioner, i refuse to address coogar. he is a known troublemaker, hothead and foulmouthed. see sport romance family sections. everywhere he goes he brings trouble. please call him to order. freecocoa: this is just the nominating process. remember to come back to vote, if he makes it to the finals. |
Politics / Re: Can We Have Eze Ndi Igbo Nairaland? by lailaiwala: 6:42pm On Dec 05, 2011 |
PointB: well, one or two rules have been modified in the past. just checking. urgent motion! i wish to urgently make a motion that you seriously reconsider eligibility of nominators. we want a free fair and conclusive election. what is the percentage of acceptable non-igbo supporters allowed. i'm not mentioning any names, but. . . ok yeah, BABE!, i believe, is from ile-ife. ife people are known to be troublesome and stubborn. she will soon bring all her other rowdy ile-ife-ites and 190 lefulefu troublemakers to dagbaru this primary. |

chinneyenmeneyere has not supported anyone. he was amongst my original nominees but he made a rash decision to suspend his campaign (maybe there's a herman cain-like skeletons in his closet) before it even started. i think our able chineyenementchinaman is reconsidering. i think he should get back in there. @ oga commissioner sir! can a potential candidate nominate himself? also oga chyzzie is showing 1 nod only, and i could have worn someone else nominated him before i nominated him. @okija, you're putting forth a lot of effort with very little reward. only two supporters so far. and i believe you nominated yourself. there is a difference between working HARD and working SMART. dude, you need to get 4 more people to support your nomination. someone suggested opening a thread to ask for support. what about all the igbo folk that do not come to politics section? get a move on. i would recommend opening a thread in the romance section. you'll have at least a couple of hours before the groggy mods wake up and another couple of hours before they figure out how to delete pr move a thread. pssst. be i never gave you this advice. |

Jarus: no worries, sweet jarus. i was just kidding. i already edited. go back and check it. PointB: i knew it. this for the third (or is it the fourth) time i'm asking, can you please confirm that nomination deadline is still open and that it closes at midnight? *consulting sun tzu for the appropriate section dealing with intransigent overlords who listen to no one!* |

PointB: one year is too long. the shelf life on nairaland is short. too many new usernames all the time. a whole new igbo community would have sprung up in 6 months. please reconsider. so when is the deadline for nomination please? *this commissioner is on a ego trip and is high on ogogoro. i'm going to have to overthrow him. this thread is as much mine as his. i shall consult sun tzu* |

afam4eva: okija-juju is actually jumping the gun a little bit. but he's still looking to get more people to support his nomination. so i understand why's doing it. the actual campaigning will not start until the final 5 top vote-getting candidates have been announced. my predictions: i predict that the temperamental and polarising ezeuche will make it though nomination unperturbed but will meet serious challenges at the polls. the campaigning will unveil a lot about some of our nominees. chei, the vicious underbelly. |

Relax101: You better stop. You already nominated him on page 2: https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-816238.32.html#msg9682044 Okija_juju: Brute force campaigning. Take No Prisoners, Chicago Ward style. |

Imanuelle: the post exists, and it is disturbing. i saw it with my own eyes. i will not dig it up because i feel it is not my place to mount a campaign against someone with so much initial support. the issue has been raised and discussed. if he survives nomination, then maybe one or more of his 4 opponents (total 5 finalist candidate facing election) will use it against him, i know i would. ndu_chucks: not sure that's elmo. that may be oscar. |

NRI PRIEST: I did not originally nominate him, so therefore cannot pull my nomination. i only seconded your motion to disqualify him. NRI PRIEST: to be fair, andre uweh curses a lot more than ezeuche and uses extreme vulgarity and obscenity when provoked. but i am not opposing him since i originally nominated him. |
Politics / Re: Can We Have Eze Ndi Igbo Nairaland? by lailaiwala: 7:27pm On Dec 04, 2011 |
Aigbofa: NRI PRIEST: NRI PRIEST: regrettably the allegation of bragging and taunting by ezeuche of an igbo brother with the achievement of aro capturing his people for slavery, is very true. i read the post with my own eyes when he originally made it, and was surprised. it seemed he allowed his anger to get the best of him. i reiterate that ezeuche, while well-meaning, simply lacks the maturity for such a gigantic task. i second the motion to disqualify ezeuche. i am sure he will continue to serve the igbo nation without bitterness. he will learn from this. ezeuche lives to run again another day. buzor: we're still NOMINATING! are you sure you're igbo, and not from somewhere like. . . i dunno. . . EKITI? fun thread. |
