FamilyRe: Intimacy Rejection by laivwire(m): 6:14pm On Sep 22, 2025
Bros, forget all the fake opinions these people are giving you. Married for 13 years and its now they expect you to learn that "your wife" needs cuddles as love language.

Please, let's not throw away our sensibilities just to align with wokeness. She is supposed to give you when you ask, just as you give her whenever she asks. It's only if you ask too much that she has a valid reason to reject you (my opinion).

You are a married man, not a philandering bachelor who keeps different options. You house amd protect her so if you demand for intimacy, it is well within your right except someone is running your home in your stead. God forbid.

You need to be real with yourself. No one will reward you for handling rejection or suffering in silence. Neither will anyone pity you and hand you your desires because you look sad. If you need sex, ask for it, if she's denies you, express your mind that you're too old for childish games except she gives you reasons which are valid to you. She can be legit tired, not in the mood, ill, too busy, stressed etc. Those are valid reasons, not denying you just because she feels like or because she wants to make you desperate.

Thanks for your response .

I will research, mail schools and gather necessary information from what you have highlighted.

I'll de France means Paris suburb/ outskirts?

And I think grande ecole are competitive and prestigious college..do u think I can secure masters admission with my HND ?
You can mail the admission officers. It should be possible but I have no direct information on it.

Thansk for your response .

I can't speak French, I am looking at English taught courses .

I am an accountant with 10years experience .

Do u mean after the bachelors I can't get 1year stay to search for a job or after bachelors I can't get a job to grant me resident permit?
A majority, if not all first degree programmes would be in French. Even people who come from African Francophone countries struggle with the french levels so first degree programmes would not be advisable.

Two, french undergrad public universities have low tuition but to gain admission is a tug if war, even for the French. The other alternative are private schools with high tuition.

You won't want to be stuck in a 9.5€ per hour, 20 hour weekly job to pay annual tuition of €13,000 for 3-4 years. The income is nothing after paying rent, food, bills and transport and you won't have anything to save, even for the tuition fees. Factor in the fact that you don't speak French, your job options will be severely limited. Even if you were able to get a job that engages you for the full 20 hours, the french academic system is strenuous (8am to 5pm all weekdays), you won't find time to work and school except on weekends or during summer breaks. If you manage to also save a lot during summer, as soon as your income bracket cross €11,294, you are subject to 11% tax on it.

My suggestion: search for a business school within the Ile de France région and apply for a 1-2 year masters. The Catholic University (UCLA) gives good tuition rates. Some business schools also teach Masters in English. They also have the opportunity to make down payment of 30% and conclude the balance over the year (split into 2 or 3 slots).

Having a "recognised" french degree boosts your chances of securing a good job after school (ensure you confirm it's a grande école or similar: they have grades). With a french degree, you can also reduce your time to getting citizenship if you're fortunate to get a good job (annual income above 39k euros) early after studies.

Also research the french job market before settling on a course choice as your future job must be related to your studies.

If you have further questions, please ask.

I want to know if They accept hnd for masters or if I can apply for barchelors at 39?
Hello brother, I have no idea. Signing up for Bachelors at 39 is also something I'm uncertain about. Can you speak French well? Do you want to be bound to a study visa for years without being able to get a good job?

This table is copied from the link .

S/N African country Legislation Status
1 Malawi Legalized officially for industrial, medical use and export. Recreational use is prohibited.
2 Zambia Legalized officially for export and medicinal purposes. Recreational use is prohibited.
3 South Africa Medical and recreational use of cannabis are legal (officially).
4 Zimbabwe Legalized officially for medical use and not recreational use.
5 Lesotho Legalized officially for medical use and export. Recreational use is prohibited.
6 Ghana Prohibited for recreational use but legal for medical and industrial purposes.
7 Morocco Prohibited for recreational use but legal for medical and industrial purposes
8 Rwanda Legalized medical cannabis for export and medical use
9 Uganda Legalized solely for exports.
Granted but when commercial production is given free reins, I can easily forecast a worse drug epidemic because we have lacking resources on control.

There are many other valuable cash crops we produce but our export is still weak not due to production but bureaucratic bottle necks leading to higher rates of circumvention (e. g. smuggling). With cannabis, it won't be long until we have cartels controlling territories and matter of cultism will become a joke in comparison.

Weed is also a gateway drug to it's bigger brothers (Heroin and Fentanyl)

This is egbesin 100%. Not any other thing these people are calling it grin

It happened to me in childhood.

I've forgotten the local treatment but I can ask my aunt.

I remember rubbing palmoil and bitter leaf juice on it. Some people recommended kerosene and something else back then. This is a long time ago.

Palmwine is also effective.

If you're in the South West, ask around for a solution. It's not so hard to get.

SarkinYarki:
Not everyone must raise chickens , the fact is that Nigeria farmers have been given unfair chances many times and you all blow the chance ...They protected fish farmers what did we get , dirty poisonous catfish at over hiked prices , nobody even tried to raid proper fish , rice importation was banned for 10 years , what did we get prices hikes on local rice from 8 k a bag to 100k ... If you think you are great farmers then compete with imports
If the logic is to compete with imports, then I wonder why Trump for example would renege on the Mexican agreement for Tomatoes.

You think its a joke. Continue until the money your president is using to import food and flood the market becomes so worthless that imported food also comes in at unaffordable prices.

Back in the day, we run to Contonou to buy tokunbo cars because they're cheaper. Now that the CFA is edging so close to the naira, our eyes are opening.

There was a ban on poultry for 20 years , what came out of it than the unfair hikes by Nigerian poultry farmers?
No one stops you from raising your own layers. Besides, this is a Nigerian thing that's also common in other industries like the car industry for example.

Import is still open but Nigerians are selling 10 years abused cars for 5 times the price they bought it

Very valid.
Import isn't a sustainable way to keep agriculture cheap for everyone, but I must include the notorious nature of our middle men in Nigeria. Without a price control board, even if we have high yield, be sure to know it would still be expensive.
I believe in the free market particularly as local regulatory bodies have always failed at keeping a price limit like their global counterparts. Farming is not a regulated profession and anyone can engage in it.

Give it a year at most and prices would fall. This is assuming other critical factors like fuel price, input price and security of land for farming is accessible.

Buhari closed border so that we can be self sufficient in food production instead make food come down, it increased significantly.

Nigeria farmers hoard market to create scarcity for increased profits.

When buhari government gave loan for local rice production, instead of selling to Nigerian market, they began to rebag it to foreign bags and selling to neighboring countries.

They ban the importation of frozen chicken from neighboring countries, chicken became 25k - 30k. Instead of making fair profit, they Farmers increased their price so highly and as per closed border, you are only at their mercy.

Never again.
Did you figure what would happen borders remained closed and food prices rise?

Well, more people would go into farming for one because it becomes necessary and profitable. And just in case you don't know, apart from oil, it is the biggest employer of labour in our developing economy that has little industrialisation.

Instead of finding better ways of subsidizing production and tackling insecurity head on, your president is applying bandages upon bandages to a wound that's already festering by opting for short term import options.

I can boldly say that even though we have a large population and large market in Nigeria, our poor purchasing power strips away that advantage, thereby inhibiting industrial development (improved product quality) and making the country retarded and backwards.

Only big expatriate companies can afford to operate on a big scale and utilize the economy of scale to sell a low price points that Nigerians can afford and you won't have any Nigerian company giving them a run for their money because they are backed by stronger currency. This is all the way across Mtn, ShopRite, Nestlé, Olam, Presco, Dangote refinery. Even Tomato Jos is funded by VC.

Imagine being paid ₦5k to drive hundreds of kilometres throughout a while day. You still pay your transport out of this and probably feeding as well leaving you with maybe 2,500 as your daily pay. Not to talk of back pain, ass pain and not having your personal time.

To call a plumber to check your sink alone is ₦5k and it takes less than 1 hour and a stroll. Danfo drivers make much much more sef.

This is the poverty we talk about in Nigeria.

Too extreme in my opinion. I don't wake up every hour and disrupt my sleep which I need importantly.

The upside is once I'm past the REM phase, I wake easily in response to any strange sound. I also ensure all security measures are put in place before sleeping.

If I don't take care of myself, how will I take care of my family?

An uncle long time ago secured contracts from the state govt to construct roads. I won't mention the state but an opposing governor won the election case and took over mid term rescinding many contracts.

This situation nearly brought my uncle to his knees. Going to Abuja almost every 2 weeks to fight for his money.

When you dine with the government, do it with a long spoon. They can give juicy contracts and they can give you hell as well.
