Get off the job market with these training; Android mobile development, Python programming for data science, artificial intelligence and product design.

I've seen a lot of great opportunities pass me buy because I don't stay in Lagos. I have an interest I programming though. I just lack opportunities.
Business / Which Skill Do I Learn by lajuto: 11:22am On Sep 12, 2018
Good morning guys. I am a fresh graduate of Architecture from one of the Nigerian Universities. I intend going for my masters straight away before serving, but meanwhile I think it will be wise to learn a skill.
The problem here is I can't really decide which skill to learn. I have a lot of things coming to my mind, and I don't have lot's of time. (3 months or thereabouts).

1) I'm thinking of a skill in the building field since it's already my field.
2) I'm also thinking of learning computer programming, but opportunities for such don't abound where I stay.
3) Graphic design
4) Phone repairs e.t.c

These are the skills that come to my mind, but I can't really decide on anyone. I'm not really looking for one that will yield immediate returns. I'm considering more the future potentials.

BTW, I currently stay at Enugu.

Mods please help me out. This is urgent.

Politics / FG Undertaking Censorship In Schools by lajuto: 4:40pm On May 15, 2018
Hello brethren,
There is some kind of censorship going on in the form of Federal Government coming to Schools for inspection and they are given forms to fill.

In this form, they craftily put every category of schools except christian Schools. In fact the different kind of Islamic schools are put there and the Christians schools are told to tick “CONVENTIONAL" AS THEIR TYPE OF SCHOOL.

Many are sheepishly ticking without thinking of implications , that they may be loosing their identity in this census. And it is a greater risk in this Islamization era to be called a conventional school.

My counsel is that all owners of Christian schools should protest by refusing to to tick “conventional “ but find space and write Christian School under so that we can force the Federal Government to recognize our identity as a unique kind of religious Schools just like Islamic schools that are listed. We shall compromise our future by not standing up today.

I love and respect how you were civil and matured in your counter response to my post..kudos man.

However, i would beg to differ on your positing and attempt at word play, knowing pretty well how what i meant in my original post wasn't lost on you.

I knew you were simply trying to beat me at the game using my own words, but i'm pleased to announce to you that your submission will be akin to agreeing that our 'religious leaders', who were supposed to be leading by example as enshrined in the holy books are now beginning to rub shoulders or taking a cue from the 'Gentilic', Self-Serving, ego-tripping and power drunk politicians.

This my friend isn't a very good example of what humility and simplicity as was taught by the progenitor of the Religion (Christ) was.

Peace bro

Kudos to you for maintaining the civility bro.

However the picture shown clearly states "Salvation Ministries" and not "David Ibiyeomie" as contained in the topic. According to my understanding, Salvation Ministries encompasses all the members of the church that contributed to the project. And I'd say that's what you are clamouring for.

How about we put the name and pictures of everyone who had contributed a dime into this project as the 'Builders' of this home for the elderly..

Nice building by the way

How about we put the name and pictures of all taxpayers in the various projects going on in this country?

Dear Generation Y, the word is corps. The expression, therefore, is corps member for singular and corps members for plural. In pronunciation, however, the letter 's' is silent.

Same applies to NYSC - National Youth Service Corps.

My friend, will you keep shut. Wasn't this the same Ugeuanyi who said Enugu people should fast when fulani herdsmen were killing his people? Compare it to what the Taraba or Ekiti Governors have done.

Kogi people have Yeye Bello as their governor and they've never hidden their dislike for his atrocious leadership.

Igbos on the other hand elect the worst possible set of animals as their governors and run to other places to enjoy good leadership. When you criticise the ret@rds they vote as Governors, they insult you.

They keep insulting others here on Nairaland but their Governors are punishing their Governors in their states.

If you talk now, they'll say that you hate Igbos. As of mediocrity in leadership is the inheritance of Igbos.

What have those governors done?

You can't compare Ugwuanyi with those governors. He's done way better than them.

Fake.

Cheap project with so much money allocated and would still get abandoned.

Im sure he would claim N100m was used for this inauguration ceremony. Then another N800m for the main project then N200m for commissioning.

I don't believe in these governors anymore. Is this not the same governor that built an hotel in Lagos? Fraud.

Oga... Can you even read?
