So this weekend you lost again (as usual) for may be the 100th time or there about and yet you refuse to quit. I won't waste my time convincing you to quit but if you would take my advice, it will save you a whole lot of depression and anxiety in the future. It might even save your life!! No point beating around so let me go straight to the point!! If you must gamble, for your own good have these at the back of your mind

1. Once you pay for that bet slip assume your money is gone!!
Yes you got me right!! No matter how obvious the outcome of those matches look, the chances of you winning is always slimmer than loosing. Common, that's why it is called gambling. So if you are the type who sits at home fantasizing all day about how your stake money will ripe for harvesting, then I pity you. You will most likely end up hurting yourself!!

2. Don't gamble with what you can't afford to loose
I have seen people gamble with their school fees and even the last kobo they had in their pocket. This is stupidity at the highest level. If you have done this before, you probably taught yourself a big lesson. If you are planning on doing this, safe journey to the land of depression. Why do I say so, the answer is in the first point I gave. If you know that #500, #1000 or even #10,000 will pain you if you loose it, then don't gamble with it!!

3. Don't waste your time making plans on what you will do with your prize money
You have not seen kobo and you have already started drafting out what you will buy and pay for. Very funny!! This is just one of the ways people hurt themselves. When you will eventually not win that money (as in most cases) you will definitely find your way back from wonderland

4 Don't ever borrow money to gamble
This is the one that will kill you fast!! Some people are in so much debt due to negleting this 4th point. But guess what? They find themselves borrowing more money to gamble more so that they can clear their debts. But the sad truth is that they keep piling more debts on themselves until they are chocked up. This is one of the fastest ways that gambling can kill you!

That is where you got it wrong Bro... You Dont give God conditions .. He tested you and you failed !! Have you not read about Job in the Bible , yours is little compared to his.. Go on your knees and ask for Forgiveness and if you really want to challenge God ,
calculate all the money for tithes you missed and pay them , I am telling u , then you will see the tremendous work of God

yes bro, i derive joy in helping people that are in need around me, even though i am being repayed with bad on many occasions also i do pay my tithe regularly & truthfully, funny enough when i was even earning as low as 800 naira per day as wage, still i do pay my tithe truthfully, & that was very normal with me until when that federal job was taken away from me, i was pained, i was bitter, thinking within me that how could God allow the best thing that had ever happened to me be taken away from me just like that, that why did He only flashed me with my breakthrough & withdrew it almost immediately, so after much thinking i decided not to pay any tithe again UNTIL i get back that job or maybe i get a better one

Good one though ... But this show case is what I don't like , I know someone who is very rich and does this weekly by helping the poor which I do assist her in sharing at times ... Human sees the face , God sees the heart..

In a society were the affluent resort to unnecessary spendings for 'show off' during their birthday's, This beautiful lady choose to celebrate her birthday in a different style as she was seen around sharing things to the less privileged in Owerri, IMO state.

Her kind gestures has earned her lots of praise on the media. She truly deserves to be celebrated as we need more on this.

I got this new apartment in April, through a caretaker/agent, we did all necessary discussion though no any written agreement. I paid him both the rend and commission and he gave me my receipt, I move into the apartment in June. I got home last night and got information that my landlady said he has sold the house out that they need to start working on the house before August rain. So we should start preparing on how to move out.

After my findings from the person that passed the information to me I discover that she is having money issues with the caretaker because my neighbour told me that she claim not to know that they are new tenants in the house, she heard it from people that they are new tenants in the apartment which she is not aware of so i just concluded that for her not to be aware the money has not be giving to her by her caretaker.

Now, the information reaching me is that the caretaker claim he want to balance the people that pack out of the house. He said their rent did not expire before they move out.

I told my neighbour that she sent to us(me and the other guy), if she is having issues with her caretaker they should resolve it within themselves for me I no dey pack
I need your advice on what to do

Make sure you hold that caretaker very well and ensure you collect every damn money both commission and agreement because eventually if u will pack out you will need that money to get a new apartment ...

did she say anything bad? what kind of life can one have with that amount? some girls can settle for that and no one is gonna kill them for doing so, it's personal choice.. 100k is too small, that's $250 for god's sake, i too cant be with a man earning that low. no insult to anyone, i simply refuse to do that, he can't give me the life i want and he can never really make me happy so what's the point? i'm not looking for dangote but i must be attracted to the guy i end up with in more ways than one, he has to be good-looking by my standards, we have to share same views and values, we have to be sexually compatible and finances must be very satisfactory by my standards, to each their own.
