He is right sir, from Sept. 2019 onwards, if you want to extend your Visa the foreign office will ask for €10,350.

[quaote author=Tamax post=80570113]I disagreed with u Sir/Ma. This increment will only be effective starting from January 2020 as it as been stated and also to any one submitting application for visa come 1st of September 2019. So I'm sure anyone going to DE this winter having submitted visa application before September 1 2019 will be exempted and he or she will be able to unblock and do other paper works on arrival in DE.

I believe everything will end well with us all by God grace smiley

Please, Can I apply to a language school in Germany to learn German.
As In can I travel to Germany to learn the language, from there(as in after completing the language course) enter into a Studienkolleg or a University , because I've been having problems finding a good language School in Warri. Thanks in anticipation of your knowledge giving answers. God bless you

Why not travel to Lagos and learn at Goethe Institut or preferably look for a private teacher around your area and come to Lagos to do your certificate examination? As I have heard, the chances of getting language visa without having any proficiency is slim.

Furthermore, if you are able to get a language visa, YOU HAVE TO COME BACK to reapply for study visa. You CAN'T convert language visa to study visa.

Lastly, try and read the previous pages. This issue has been treated times without number. Let's endeavor to stretch ourselves a bit.

Pls can I buy my ticket now, I have submitted my passport today

It depends. You may book your flight to be from. 10 days after your submission of passport.

In my case, a testimony though, I booked my flight two weeks after my visa interview(to save cost). AM mail came almost 3 weeks after. Visa was delivered 9 days after.

Make inquiry at NIPOST Abuja. To add to what @Kenthumphz said, I heard that the NIPOST at MMII airport delivers per post within 7 - 10 working days at 400. Just ensure you are using unregistered mail.

Hello Everyone,
Please i have a little concern, for those of us who already have admissions and are awaiting for April 2018 to request for our new admission letters for winter 2018/2019, do we require to certify our school documents before been granted an appointment in the German embassy, i just found a letter where they stated that we actually do need to pay 10 EUR at the embassy to do each document.

Is this needed for us who already have gained admission and seeking a visa or is it only for those who are still applying for an admission at a Germany university. Here is the document attached and please kindly see the Important section area second point....Your swift response would be appreciated..

Certifcations are for people applying for admissions.

Good day all...I can see prompt response. Good and helpful everywhere..God bless us all....please I would like to know if one has to pay for uniassist to access documents before submission?

What do you mean to access documents before submission?

Uni-assist will only process your application after you have submitted and paid for your application.
You can pay for your application before/after you submit your application but before the application deadline.

I was filling the uniassist portal and saw that Application form is to be uploaded. I have checked the JLU Agrobiotech page and didn't see any application form to be filled. Am I missing something or no application form is required to be uploaded?

Thank you.

On the page that containing the Name of your school, click on the Name of your school, it will bring out the Form.

Hi all,

How can one book appointment for document certification at the embassy against April registration?

Is appointment necessary or one can just go to the embassy for doc certification.

You have to book appointment for document certification. Don't forget to go with your application Form for each application. Without your application Form, NO certification..

Good Morning house, please what if the embassy is still processing ones visa and on the process of doing that his enrollment deadline reaches, what is the person expected to do in this situation?

Can you mail your school for an extension of enrollment? And explain to them the situation of things. If they can't extend it, mail the embassy soliciting that they should pend your application till you have another admission. If possible, attach the application form(s) of the school(s) to the mail. If the embassy get to discover that your enrollment has ended and it is not up 6weeks, they may reject your application.

Okay, she works bro, I'm not doubting you bro, but the Allien office shouldn't have issued SL to her in the first place, the girl just dey think , she dey think say witches don enter her matter cheesy

In addition, to what someone mentioned, the Consulate can also issue denial. A friend of mine was rejected without forwarding his documents to the ailien office. He had to mail his school who later mailed the foreign office and they said his documents were not forwarded initially.

Well done guys for all your kind responses. I have 2 requests?

Who knows other means of obtaining English as a medium of instruction in Lagos. My school of graduation joint non-academic staff have been on strike for the past 75days making it impossible to obtain.
Secondly, who can assist in prompt payment of uni-assist fees? Want to beat the 1st of march increment deadline.
Gracias

Alternative route is sitting for TOEFL or IELTS

what are the benefits of learning German language at a German institute(Abj/Lag)....... apart from communicating freely ova there,,,, the money they are calling is wot i dont have,,,, thinking of learning the language locally with a man i know that teaches German.. gurus pls advice me

Apart from the language helping you to integrate better, learning in Nigeria is cheaper. Goethe Institut in Lagos currently charges 55,000 naira per semester(3 months). You can learn the language by which ever means but it will be good if you can obtain the international certificate of which the exam is done only in Lagos at some specific dates. You may google Goethe Institut, Lagos for more information.

Hello guys, I applied last year via uniassist and got admission at ovgu Magdeburg. But I wasn't able to get a visa appointment, I'm looking to apply to FH Lübeck for the winter semester still via uniassist. I know I have to pay another processing fee but do I still have to send certified documents all over again?

You may send a mail to Uni-assist for clarification as someone suggested. However, to the best of my knowledge on what they have in their FAQs, the usually retain your documents for a year. If you applying after a year, you may need to send your document afresh.

Thanks brother. My school don't do deferment stuff, I have to re-apply, application opens next month 1st March for Winter semester, I will get my admission letter at least in three weeks after application. I haven't been rejected yet, I've been asked to fund before 19th Feb, I cannot meet up, but it'll be funded by month end/march. Should I inform the embassy that I want to defer? so that they'll be aware and not reject me, thanks.

Hi, you can send a mail to the embassy soliciting to fund at a latter date instead of the Feb. 19 deadline provided that your enrollment wouldn't have ended by then.

Good morning wealthy minds, please has anyone ever applied for FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany? I intend applying for M.sc molecular medicine. I want to know if they normally accept documents certified by high court. Or if i should use a notary public service. I ve checked the course website, no informatn is there abt it.

If your first degree isn't molecular medicine, be prepared to write a test. The test is centred on biochemistry, pharmacology, physiology. The test is conducted by FAU and it can be done anywhere in the world but you will have to send them the email address and name of the person(it could be a lecturer) to supervise your test. You need to have a minimum of 50% to pass the test. Passing the test does not guarantee that you will be admitted because you have to go through the application process.

Yes, they accept high court certification.
