i’m not a seller, and I absolutely hate the outrageous prices on this thread, but inflation is the main reason here.
An example

I bought a car in 2013 for 5 million, fast forward to 2023 that car is now being sold for 11 million naira. It simply means 5 million in 2013 is now 11 million in 2023. So even if I sell my car in 2023 for 5 million naira, it’s still way below the price I bought my car for.

Second reason, can I buy that same car or an upgrade for anything close to what I sold it for?
This is the true meaning of inflation.
