Our Question is, did the gate section of the Customs sign an agreement with the Terminal management to use a delay tactics so that importers can pay more of storage charge due to bad network at the gate section of the Custom? if the answer is NO, why are other terminals not experiencing the same network issue.

All there ways of operations are to milk importers, in Grimaldi terminal, both the Delivery order and terminal delivery order takes nothing less than 30 minutes for processing. In conclusion, clearing of cars in Tincan command takes nothing less than 10days compared to other terminal where car cars can be cleared within 4day.
