I really do have a lot of pity for you and people like you that have limited knowledge and distorted beliefs,
please refer to the holy book,it speaks of pharoh the ruler of Egypt and Moses the prophet of God. Moses could not harm a hair on pharohs head and Moses was asking God why? I listened to a lecture recently that tried to relate hermetic principles to quantum mechanics and during the lecture , the key note speaker mentioned shambala. as a region within the earth.rhough he talked very briefly about it .

Reminds me of a Particular Couple The Wife has a very flourishing pure water business that as at January 2017, She had 14 Water Deleivery vehicles. Husband works with Lawma as a Field operative (A Street Sweeper). Wife drives a Sienna 2012 and Hubby doesn't have a car. recently My wife pointed the House she was building which isnt far from where we are staying You would think its a Government guest lodge that is being built there.

I know for a fact the man used to be a Mid level Civil servant with a Good salary with a Federal ministry and the wife used to Sell stuff on the road side

Recently decided to drop Fat and Pack some muscles. Been doing a lot of Crossfit which involves a lot of cardio combined with resistance training at a Local gym

The cardio really give me a lot of issues as My joints, Ankles usually ache like and I usually lose breath,

Is it possible to stick to resistance Weight training alone and still drop weight especially in my GLute and abs

and if I do that how do I correct my Loss of breath anytime am on cardio

Can we have a balanced argument pls . What of the rubish tenants do in rented apartments.

The way people are castigating bank job makes me wonder if I work in the same bank. Banking is really stressful I must say but if u are a core staff the pay is very commensurate with the stress. The problem is most people want to take home a six digit pay for doing nothing. I worked in an IT firm immediately after NYSC which was as stressful as my current job but the salary is not up to what I get as meal allowance currently.
I ditched a state civil service job for my current job and I have never regretted it. The stress is there but when I remember the alert that wakes me up on the 3rd week of every month I don't remember the stress anymore.
I have achieved in less than 2yrs what I wouldn't have achieved if I was in the Civil service or my previous job in 6yrs.
I have friends with nice grades who are doing teaching jobs for less than 50k monthly. I need not tell you how stressful such jobs are plus the irregularities of the pay hence planning becomes difficult.
If you find yourself as a permanent staff you should be grateful cos thousands if not millions won't mind dat job for double the stress sef.

PS..am writing this from the perspective of a permanent staff of a bank, I know it's a different experience as a contract staff. The bottom line is to have an exit plan and develop yourself while on the job. Bad mouthing a job that pays your bill or has been a stepping stone to where you are today isn't cool..

My personal experience
I started driving quite late after the purchase of my first car.( Camry 2005) that was 2010 I had barely been driving more than 6 months when my fiancée
( now my wife )
Said we should go see her mum in far away Ekiti state. Well like you as the day approached I had cold feet . My parents wanted to hire a driver to drive us but he disappointed. on the day went to my fiancées house picked her and we just said a little prayer and before you knew it we were on lagos -Ibadan at first I wasn't speeding but as we passed mowe i grew in confidence . I got to Ibadan in just over 2 hours
The problem was getting to Ado Ekiti cos neither of us knew the route but from Ibadan we were directed to ilesha from ilesha to ado Ekiti was like 50 mins
The trick is dont go alone
Get someone that knows the route to be with you
And just don't put too much pressure on yourself just think of it as a stroll across town
