all these banks can frustrate someone,that’s how i opened a zenith bank account last year january for private savings and before i could even save a dime in the account by month end i received a debit alert for card mentainance,giving me a negative balance even without any transaction yet and it keeps accumulating even when i decided i won’t use the account anymore.

another one is when you have 100k in your account,they will just wait until the day u want to use the exact 100k before u realize that 100 naira has been deducted for stamp duty charge or some stupid charges...this one even weak me yesterday cos e just scatter my balance

another one is if dem give you loan,they will charge over 20% interest but if u fix or invest money with them,they will give u less than 5% return.

the funny thing is that the govt has made this banks almost unavoidable for citizens with their policies.

unfortunately no one answered this here,have you bought the phone already?if not,you can check the imei online.then the disadvantage of using a chip unlock phone is that you might not be able to update,most times you might not be able to switch between sims,removing sim card often can damage the chip to.
