The withdrawals shouldn't ideally be an issue as long as your account balance is fine. That said I used a 3 months bank statement in my last application and it was fine.

Isn't it stated in your DS160 you were married? The VO asking how you both are related shows there was a lot of doubt and suspicion on your application.

What kind of job do you do, and why is a Visit Visa important to it?

Are you planning to work in U.S? if that's the case apply for immigrant visa and stop wasting money on Non immigrant visa.

What's so difficult about your life? Your DS 160 is basically your history kinda. Do you need to remember it? The forms should be a true representation and not opposite. I wish you all the best.

fill another DS160, visit the website where you schedule your interview date and click profile, change the old ds160 number to the new ds160 number.
